I liked the room I booked. It seamed clean I would stay here agin

The pool was busy but that is to be expected. The kids loved the water slide! Front desk staff were great!

Entrance clean and inviting,didn’t use pool or hot tub.Upon arriving in room Tv remote didn’t work nor did the phone so had to go back down to registration desk to ask for assistance.Bathtub had broken enamel and no plug to retain the water

Overall it was ok. There was milk or chocolate spilt all over the phone and hard spot on the carpet where something was obviously spilt. The bathroom looked dirty specifically the tub the bottom of the tub was peeling and the grout looked super dirty. The room was suppose to have a city view and there was literally trees blocking it and the places you could see there was construction on the building next door definitely an eyesore. The tv was nightmare everytime you turned it on it took minutes for it to connect to the cable just kept saying there was no connection after trying plenty of buttons and checking the tv it eventually connected on it it’s own. Definitely disappointed on the cleanliness, the dingy disgusting tub, and lack of a view as advertised. Also at night there was a lot of vagrants hanging around going through trash and checking parked cars every night.

We could walk to a few things do check on a map. The hard thing was the one way streets but got used to it. The Restaurant on the grounds were good.

We’ve stayed here several times. Good location for west end Edmonton. Large clean rooms,quiet.

Stayed here as a staycation weekend away from my kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and very clean. The pool and waterslide were great.

Was ok. Minor issues like toilet paper roll broken. Asked for a wheelchair accessible room. Tub was not wheel chair accessible . I have stayed before and it was better then

Horrible experience. We went to use their pool and warerslides tqice in our 2 night stay. Each time we went in the pool area, there were a group of 5-6 kids accompanied by what seemed to be the oldest sibling of the kids who couldnt have been older than 16. There had no concept of the max of 4 people in the hottub. They all slid down the slide qith a train of 4 kids at a time. My wife and i had a 11 month old, we could sit in the pool, sitin the hot tub or slide down the slide. This geoup of 5 kids had rammed us in the waterslide twice. When we qent in the hot tub they would all go in there now exceeding the 4 person limit. We told rhe front desk afterwards and the very next day the same thing happened. The breakfast was terrible, as all we had was a juice box, an apple and a stale muffin. We are adults, i think a bagel or anytjing else would be nice. And last but not least, our room after our first night was not cleaned. Just our bed made is all. Garbage was still in the can, wrappers on the floor. Very dissapointed in the housekeeping.
