Great location to visit beautiful Vienna.

Great location, close to the Opera House. Large junior suite with a kitchenette but tired and a bit tatty. Bed was uncomfortable and pillow smelled stale. Bed linen was old and a bit rough. Needs an upgrade. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful and check in/out was smooth and fast. We didn't see another person whilst there so not a bustling place.

This hotel was just average. We had high hopes and were unfortunately let down a bit. The location is good, fairly close to old town so you can easily walk anywhere, the wifi is strong, and they offered free umbrellas when it rain. The room however could use some updating/modernization, although it was a decent size. The front desk attempted to be helpful, but often did not know much about even the renowned Naschmarkt right down the street - maybe it was just the two individuals that tried helping us? I would not stay here again.

The only thing I have to add is that the room smelled to old furniture so it needed a little more ventilation before the guesses arrive to the room or air freshener. The rest was perfect.
