Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa

I paid for a King room through Hotels.com and that room was not available to me without regard at check -in. what I paid for versus what I receive was not taken into an account in the customer service that I received. I did not want 2 queens for my stay. The hotel FULL do the holiday weekend and the staff seemed overwhelmed an uninterested in meeting my needs at least - as if my money didn't matter and I was asking for favor that I hadn't already paid for Thank you, Kia

Horrible customer service when requesting the room be made up for our guests the second night. Lady at front counter couldn’t be bothered as her answer was they needed 24 hours to have room serviced. We had to come up with our own solution and requested linens later that day and making the room up ourselves after $250 plus a night charge.

Bed had a small amount hair on it, probably just needed to be lint rolled. Other than that our time at the hotel was comfortabl, private, and clean.

Confortable beds, quiet, clean, well appointed. The restaurant and bar are open in the evenings now, with Starbucks open early morning to midday. You get cups, etc., from the front sesk, and leave towels out for the maid to replace, to minimize maid in the room. The spa is closed. Since this is a large conference hotel with a modest number of people staying there, it is very quiet. The staff is very friendly. It is just a short ways from I-95, so easy to get places.

It was too noise. I was awaken several times during the night, once a man was screaming " give my f* wallet" to the top of his lungs for hours. Children running at all times. You should keep older adults and children separate. The mattress way to soft and the sheets look used.

Bathtub had hair in it. Quick check in. Employees very pleasant! Other wise great stay

Great hotel and easy ten minute drive to Mystic, CT. Met all of our needs for a quick getaway. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed with my husband and 2 children. Very clean hotel, very pleasant staff. Wasn’t impressed with the restaurant, starbucks on site was great. Some improvements- room could use more than 1 hook to hang items, the air clicking on was kind of loud at night, microwave in room or at least on each floor would have been better than the only microwave being next to front desk (for my picky eater), you can also hear very clearly people in the hall talking and opening/closing their doors. Clear signage for social distancing and sanitizers available throughout property. Overall it was a good stay, comfy bed and pillows.
