The customer service was good but I could not get over the cleanliness, or lack of, in my room. I got in after a long drive and just wanted to take a shower. When I looked in the shower there was a used bar of soap and hair in the tub. When I went into the room to look at the bed there were brown stains on the duvet. The duvet was just put on the bed without its cover. The woman working at the front desk was extremely helpful and clean the tub and change the bedding.

The pool and hot tub were broken down. They hadn't finished their remodel. We found clumps of hair in our room on the floor and in our "clean" towels. When we approached management about this they barely apologized and just shrugged it off stating that they were hiring a new maid. Our shades in our room were broken as well. And shampoo from the previous occupants was still in the shower.

Amazing staff and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great The pool was down however the manager let us use the hot tub even though the jets were not working. We will try to stay there this weekend again.

I booked this particular hotel as it was pet-friendly. When I arrived, they had changed their policy. They didn't notify me ahead of time. Having already paid for a pet room suite, I was shocked by getting charged an additional $75.00 cleaning fee AND had to book a different hotel for my return trip. I can NOT in good conscious recommend this hotel.
