Great view from the roof, with pool and bar. Room was clean, breakfast was good, the employees were awesome! Great location and was a great value.

From the moment we pulled up to the hotel until the second we left the front door, we were treated like royalty. A welcome drink, service and hospitality that was out of this world and a willingness to assist us at every chance made our stay in Rio and at the Miramar windsor absolutely special and memorable. It really made a huge difference in our experience in Rio. They helped us navigate the city, arrange drivers, fine the best places to eat and make reservations for us, and just help with whatever we needed. The pool is amazing, the bar and staff were great, the food and all employees were just outstanding. They even gave us little chocolates every day in the room and comfy slippers during our stay to wear. All of the staff even spoke english.
The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is great. Eggs and bacon cooked perfectly and fruit is fresh. The location is convenient right in front of copa beach and close to ipanema! The one issue I had is with the gym being tiny and not having enough equipment for a proper workout.
the hotel was in a great location in Copacabana beach. Could view the beach and Sugar Loaf Mountain from my window. Close to shopping, stores, restaurant. Short walk to Ipanema. Would come back again.

Loved the hotel, the customer service was top notch. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Very central in the middle of everything. Never felt unsafe at any moment. Lots of restaurants. Perfect view of the Copacabana strip. Can see Sugarloaf mountain from room and rooftop. They deserve all the business! Thank you Miramar hope to stay with you again in the future.
Check in was good, fast, someone to take our bags and explain the room for us, so far so good. Room was good! The pool has an incredible view. Pool bar is also cool. There is always someone in front of the hotel to open car`s doors for you or help you with anything. Everyone there try to be nice but the customer service is the problem. THE THING WAS at 3am our room started linking WATER from the ceiling! And one luggage got totally wet, including clothes inside of it. When we called front desk, no one spoke english to understand what was going on. Plus the service just ended around 4am! Best part? it happened again two days after!!! Basically the air conditioning, after staying on for a while, starts linking water from the ceiling. We figure that out because no one explained to us. When we talked to someone at the hotel they didnt even say sorry, didnt offer a coffee, NOTHING! Plus with the corona virus situation, they closed their pool, beach service... everything we paid for and again not even a "I`m sorry for what is going on", all they said was "it`s not our fault". They called us the next day offering 10% off the last two nights which I appreciate it but it took 24hrs for them to realize that they needed to please their client. I don`t think the hotel is bad, let alone people that work there. It is actually well located and people there is nice but with the problems we had we were expecting a better response. But I would stay there again. But not in the same room.
Stunning roof top with infinity pool, sauna and gym. Right across a Copacabana popular beach. Amazing views. Good location.
