Very convenient as it is so close to restaurant and shopping area. Bed is so comfy as well. We love it

Before I get started you should know that I have a particular dislike for hotels I believe that are not fully open and honest with customers concerning the extras they charge, when they advertise on the site. This was the case with the Hilton I believe that you should in this day and age get anything you need from a 3 star hotel, if I opt to pay for a 4 star I believe there are some things that should be a given. Certain courtesies should be without question and I can get Internet in my room at most 3 star hotels, I shouldn’t have to pay extra for it at a 4star Here we go, 1. location: although it is located on the main road when I was there it was quiet, however it isn’t close to the main hub of the area it took us about 15mins walk to the nearest rail station, there are bus stops on the main road you would definitely need to take a cab if your gonna get to the clubs and bars. 2. View: this hotel overlooks the main road but the hotel does have trees around it. 3. Room: the room I stayed in was clean and spacious BUT very hard to sleep. ( There was a droning from was air vent that lasted all night) 4. Facilities: Gym is basic but useable 5. Breakfast: None provided 6. Staff: The reception staff were friendly, however house keeping not so much. 7. Extra. 1. Parking Charges be aware the cost of £5 per night for a car, 2. Delivery Charge:I asked housekeeping for a plate to be brought to my room and was told there would be a £5(unless I came to reception to pick it

My room was nice although the air con didn’t work. The room was spacious and light The bathroom was ok but the bath was very slippy so when getting out after having a shower i slipped. I had asked for a mat but was told they didn’t have any The tv had a lot of channels that didn’t work Breakfast was not the greatest. The sausages were undercooked and everything was cold- I had to ask for it to be put in the microwave. With only 2 juices, this is very disappointing for a 4* hotel

I have stayed in lots of hotels 93 actually in 2 years .never have i experienced rude and disinterested staff.. Definatly will not stay again ..to me a hotel guests should be welcomed ..any issues ..they should willingly assist in the most polite respectful way..non of which occured HERE..AWFUL..totaly unprofessional

Ac doesnt working rooms are note clean and staff doesnt helpfull.

Bed was not comfortable plus pillows were not firm enough. Free WiFi was good overall was OK

Derry I believe the name is an asset to the hotel. His welcome was so lovely and assuring and told us the rooms are updated to meet the current Covid-19 regulations.
