Terrible terrible terrible my shower didn’t work and about the time they tried to fix it it was checkout an they didn’t offer a refund or discount jus terrible

Overall: We’d stay here again, Easy on the budget Good: value, central location, clean enough, updating, no bed bugs Needs improvement: shower head needs repair, smell mitigation, grounds and landscaping need maintenance and cleaning, mattress ok, no Daily maid service Didn’t like : Nightly train whistles, sirens, no fan in bathroom, AC blows on bed, area is questionable.

Got a reservation for king size bed. Got the comfirmation everythin is good .but when i got there they give me 2 queen size. Price is not worth it.

The place needs a huge makeover -- the outside had dirty sidewalks, lots of cigarette butts, trash strewn around - trashcans overflowing, dead plants in the landscape and weeds growing, room had no Kleenex, building had no ice in machine, no extra towels, no extra TP, the TP we had was really dirty on the sides of the roll - when I wanted to check out -- no one was at the front desk -- and the phone rang 3 separate times and no one answered it VERY disappointed -- been coming here for over 20 years -- but will look for another place next time

I went for Labor Day and it’s was okay . The bathroom could of been better. They didn’t restock toiletries and the shower was not the cleanest. P.s if it’s hot In your room and it doesn't cool down trying switching it to C

Someone had used the bathroom in my unit and never even flushed also both bars of soap were open and sitting on the counter in the bathroom but not used

I was expecting better. Felt like I was at a very outdated hotel. Door dragged on the floor ha to push hard to make sure shut. top lock was broken. no fan in bathroom. bed was not comfortable. I would rate 3 out of 5 stars. Friendly staff.

It was good but

Stayed here two nights. Room wasn’t cleaned all the way. Found papers sticking out from under the bed and a potato chip bag by the nightstand. Seemed like the shampoo and conditioner had already been partially used. We stayed at another BW in another city the previous day and they have the same shampoo and conditioner which were full. These in this property were less than half full. One of the towels looked dirty as well.

The room was very clean except the bath tub, which needed a good scrubbing. There was a lot of trash around the grounds, but they were very well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet, so slept well. There was a woman sitting in a car in the parking lot for hours, which honestly had us worried as to what kind of place we were staying at. The hall and room smelled like cigarette smoke (we had requested non-smoking). They are pet friendly, though, so our dog was welcome to stay with us for a small fee. The fridge was small and not very cold. There wasn't a microwave although there was a place for one. Coffee maker didn't heat water as much as I would have liked so coffee was not as strong. TV was small. It was good enough for us to stay again in the future if needed.
