Arnoma Grand

Location of hotel was fantastic. Walking distance to CentralWorld, Big C, Platinum Mall and Pratunam. However, the bed was very hard. Woke up with sore back. Rooms not sound proof and I could hear conversations from along the corridor.

Stay was really great, for its location and staff hospitality. During this trip which we requested for 2 adjoining bedrooms, we got a free upgrade with one of the rooms , giving us an additional simple living room space connecting both rooms. Kids loved the additional space. We have been returning customers, bathroom is getting aged but the convenience of location, security and helpful staffs more than makes up for it.

We were allocated their renovation prototype rooms, however, the ceiling of the shower room for 1 room is leaking. The hotel is very nice to arrange for a change of room the next day deapite being fully booked. The staff are very friendly and always keeping a lookout to see if we require more help. The hotel needs some upgrading to keep up with the changes around the area. The hotel's location is the main reason we chose this hotel yearly as it is next to Big C and opposite Central world, plus minutes away from BTS stations and Platinum mall.

Location is convenient to shop around. And staffs are friendly. Room is very clean.

Checked in at 1pm. Waited for 2h 40min before getting my room. Approached them 3 times. One staff at 2:35pm told me to sit at lobby, she said would come and look for me in 20min, then 30min, and actually no one came to look for me. Finally at 3:30pm, I had to approached them. Finally I got the room. No one apologised and the front desk manageress even put on a black face. She did not tell me the process finished. I stood there like a fool and had to ask if we had completed the check in. Bad customer services from the 1st point of contact in hotel. Terrible.
