Extended Stay America - Charlotte - Airport

The phone did not work & a full can of garbage was left under the kitchen sink.

Location is perfect close to shopping highway and airport. My only problem was the service inside room. My cell never had a signal, the free WiFi wouldn’t work properly and the enhanced WiFi I purchased didn’t work well either. This made the 2nd day less enjoyable.

I will never stat here again every thing was horrible. New clean linen I had to buy my own the horrible customer service. Bathroom smelled I had to clean myself. Never again

You took our money and gave us a Conf #. Get to the hotel, and they are out of rooms!!

It was nice I didn’t like the people hanging everywhere and the beds were uncomfortable

Did not have a pleasant experience. Walked in the first room and the air didn’t work. Changed rooms and upon entering it reeked of cigarettes in a non smoking hotel. Needless to say I stayed elsewhere. I would not recommend this location. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and helpful even gave me the information needed to try and get my money back.

Trash was in front of door. People was outside smoking with alot of noise

There was just a lot going on. Let me just say, there were a lot more residents than there were visitors. People live at this and treat as if it’s a neighborhood. There is a lot of hanging out in the parking lots, no surveillance cameras ANYWHERE, but the office. The rooms are nice but that’s about it.

The room was disgusting the floor was sticky,the bed had stains on them,the windows where filthy room smelt like smoke in one of the worst parts of town,people where outside fussing,, I didn’t even stay a whole hour I checked in my room, and left right away didn’t even settle
