Checking in the lady who helped us was very rude. I was not aware of a 100 dollar deposit so when i tried to split my payment she said no. The way this hotel has there deposit rules set up is terrible. Also paying 25 dollars a day for parking is outrageous. Im already paying to stay here i shouldnt have to pay for parking. Or at least only charge one small fee for your stay not each day. The main thing that upset me was how the lady treated us when trying to check in. She was extremely rude, no smiles, no courtesy and basically acted as if we were low class. Will not stay at this hotel again.
I think is not fair to paid 25.00 a day for parking that’s too expensive and still there was no parking at all and we got a room for people with disabilities other than that it was clean and it’s in a very good location
We had a noisy next-door neighbor. Room was nice and was clean. Wish they didn’t charge for parking, especially during Covid.
The doors make a lot of noise by closing themselves tightly
When i walked in i was welcomed by a employee. Fast and easy check in. Cheap prices.
Is a very nice hotel ! Clean and very good service at the lobby, only thing is that you have to pay for parking.
The location is very good and the hotel is clean but had a very bad experience with the staff at check out. I was in LA for only one day and my return flight was at 6PM. There were two people at front desk when I was checking out at 9AM. I told them that I’m checking out now and returning my room keys but asked them if I can leave my luggage and pick up around 4PM since my flight is in the evening. Both of the front desk employees were very rude and told me that I can’t leave my luggage at the hotel after I check out due to Covid! They said that I can leave my luggage in the room but have to come back and pick it up before noon I told them that it doesn’t make any sense and I understand that I have to leave the room before room but they should be able to hold my luggage somewhere so I can come later and pick it up on my way to airport I told them my flight is in the evening and I can’t walk with my luggage all day in LA They didn’t care at all I told them I will call Hilton customer service and stepped outside the lobby to make the phone call A minute later the guy came outside and told me that they can keep my luggage! I then walked inside and gave my luggage to the other front desk employee which I can tell from her face that she wasn’t happy at all! It just didn’t make any sense why they gave me such a hard time to hold my luggage for a few hours eventhough I told them several times that my flight is in the evening and I’m in LA only for one day
Clean & they had a full body mirror. Staff was nice & hotel is walking distance from entertainment/eats & a shopping center. Other than corona being in the way I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Did not get the room I paid for and the bathroom was slightly dirty. I overheard one of the employees tell another customer that they were sold out tonight. So they gave my room to someone else. When I arrived to check in I was stuck outside because the front desk employees were just staring at me and didn’t open the door. Obviously I don’t have a key to open it myself and I have bags so it looks like I’m checking in. I contacted hotels.com 3 times and still no resolution.
