The Claridge - A Radisson Hotel

Hotel was nice but needs a little improvement in cleanliness especially at swimming pool area since there is no sign for swimmers to put on the swimming cap, the pool has lots of hairs.

Great historic hotel. Service was great although there was a vit of a wait at Check-in being that there was knly kne peraon bwhjnd the counter, on Valentine's Day! Overall it was a good stay.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at hotel ever. Got evicted from the hotel for a noise complaint when it was me and my buddy having a conversation. Can’t even have a conversation in my hotel room I paid for? Insane to me. I’ve never been evicted from a hotel room in my Life ever. Worst experience I’ve had, I will never go back to this hotel ever. Don’t book here unless you like terrible small beds and not being able to talk

Staff services was very cold. Had promos on social media for valentines weekend which was not I. The original website before booking. Would not accommodate - I was willing to pay the difference but they were just so rude. The place was beautiful.

Hotel was nice and very clean. It was close to everything. Would stay there again. Price was reasonable.

Self Serve ticket booth took payment but no ticket printed out. Pressed the help button multiple times but it lead to a voicemail every single time. Front desk clerk was able to get me to the manager to help with parking. After checking in the room was cold. We turned the heat all the way up but it didn’t get really warm. Rung for housekeeping three times no one ever answered (we needed towels). Ended up having to call the front desk to see if they can get someone to deliver the towels (took three calls/over 3 hrs to receive them). The coffee machine had been used and the sugar packets were already open. (room service cleaned the room poorly. Luckily we had our own cleaning stuff. The pool was heated (only good thing about the hotel) I would not recommend staying here during COVID.

Very courteous staff. My husband accidentally left his phone in the car and the staff called us and asked if we wanted it brought in. They left it at the front desk. Check in and out was easy and we did not have to wait long for our car.

No hot water on my room,people were eating ,drinking and smoking in the pool.

The hotel was very clean but the parking was horrible if u didnt do valet parking!! The rooms were okay wouldve been better if they did have microwaves on the property and had to keep requesting for towels because when they eaned the rooms they never replaced the ones they took out!! And the only casino close is balleys🤔🤔🤔🤔

The heat did NOT work in the room and it was 60 degrees the entire stay. Most of the outlets did NOT work, we had to put the coffee maker on the floor to be near a working outlet. I love this hotel, but this stay was very disappointing!! When we informed the front desk, we were told they were sorry, oh okay, glad you're sorry. I had to tell the clerk to put in a work order before booking that room again ... it never dawned on her to do that?!?
