Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Blue Ash-Cincinnati

Didn't really have a good time due to the fact I always felt that there was someone watching and in my room when I wasn't here and even when I was felt like I had a sensor as well in the room and the price kept changing and there was no on call staff to really help nor was anyone

Nope. Never again! Room smelled disgusting and old. Smelled like cigarettes and they had people living there for a long period of time

It was disturbing. The bed had dirty sheets that were stained. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. The room was not vacuumed. The hallways did not look like they were cleaned in a while. The staff didn’t wear masks and one had their shoes off. There was a little kid that with the staff.

We walked into a stripped unfinished room. The bed was not made, carpets were not vaccummed, kitchen was not toched, and bathroom 1/2 done at besst. Hallways had not been attended to in quite some time and outside cans were ALL full with random trash throughout the property. Called front desk THREE times with no satisfactory resolution and indifference from managment. Pathetic

It was very dirty from the moment u opened the main door to go upstairs.. our bathroom floor was dirty, the vent in the bathroom had caked on dust, the kitchen floor was dusty and dirty, the shower /tub was dirty as well as the shower curtain

It was adequate accommodations and relative to the price.

I stayed here for a week, expecting to have wifi so I could keep my sisters up to date on my father's worsening health, but the wifi was out when I arrived and still out when I left a week later. When I complained, I was told "I think Spectrum is supposed to fix it but I don't know when," "It's out of my hands," and "The manager has to take care of it." When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn't available. And that was it. Not even "I'm so sorry, we're workign on it." I ended up using the data on my phone to access email. Also, the clerk at the front desk had no mask on. The place was noisy. The dishwasher didn't work. The room is dated, having no USB ports. The washing machines required coins (who has $3.00 in quarters?). Security is lax, as people were always propping the doors open. Not a great stay.

It was horrible there was nets everywhere. Juice was spilled on the desk the sheets had urine on it. However the two lady's at that front desk was sweet. We told her and she tried to get us another room and it was dirty as well so she sent us to another hotel. I wouldn't recommend the hotel but the two ladies at the front desk were so sweet

Hotel needed trash outside to be better maintained. Pool area was not working, one washer was working, hallways And stairwells needed new carpeting and paint. Overall a rundown, worn out hotel. Didn’t reflect the choice hotels usual high standards.

This place was disgusting. Dried up food all over the walls (clearly an uncleaned food fight), crumbs and rotten pepperonis all over the floor, pubes everywhere, long dark hairs everywhere, fresh stains, hand prints, dust, smudges and the icing on the cake was a fully poop clogged and overflowing toilet. They wouldn’t even change the sheets for us, told us we had to deal with it all because the cleaning lady was off for the day.
