Area kinda shady but the rooms are better than they appear from the outside.

The restroom was started floated on the night and they move me to another room horrible, no beds clean, bad condition.

Housekeeping didn’t come and clean or empty our trash everybody. We didn’t receive new blankets, sheets and towels. The front desk person was rude and had an attitude.

Although the staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite, the room wasn't as welcoming. The room didn't seem to have clean linen. The linen on the pull put couch was stained and dirty. We had to take the sheets off and replaced with our own blankets because there weren't any available at the front. There were only three towels when they knew we had a party of six. Thankfully, the front desk person was able to supply me with two more towels.

The original room was okay but thr toilet wasnt flushing all the way. The next morning it completely backed up. They moved me to another room which was great. However, that evening undercover cops drove up to arrest someone who was in the room next door to mine! Police on their bullhorn for anyone in the room to come out with their hands up. And this was the room NEXT DOOR to mine. No one from the office came or even called. I cancelled plans because i didnt want to go out the door until it was light outside. I cancelled my resevation for the next night because of what happened and the lady at the front desk said she was working then and asked what I was talking about! She seemed annoyed that i was complaining until i mentioned that i had a video. Didnt apologize or anything. If anything the rooms are way overpriced for what you get.

The carpet was stained, bathtub stained brown, tv mount broken, you could hear & feel the coils in the mattress, the room smelled stale and of cigarette. Overall the room is well worn & unkept Cleanliness I would rate a 6, comfort -1

Upon entering room,discovered that it was not kept not clean. Spent my afternoon checking wiping down surfaces with a cloth - coming back black. Floor was so filthy that I had to change my socks every three hours. No clean surface or floor. Next day, worked with room attendant to wash off landing in front of door Coca-Cola days old tracking into the room on foot. Was immediately on my defense upon check-in, approaching room. Nefarious characters staying within property. Too much attention from guests with suspicious activities. Public walk freely around back spaces guest areas. Open door watched from distance from street and parking lot. Found magnets behind my gas store gas cap in an attempt to siphon gas for my car. Did not feel safe throughout my 8 days stay. Had to request camera location in order to park my car to be in view, record. Asked for accommodation to change room,new towels etc. without upset initially. Front desk never got back to me. pre-request pre-payment for a relatively quiet space. And was checked into room next to a pitbull massive. Dog continuously barked on occasion Uninhibited for several hours till 12 AM, night before check out. Dog owners unkept unhygienic. Don’t clean up feces on the property. Feces smashed by cars in the parking lot. last straw was when I just had step over dog poop and then spread it up and down the stairs that leads to my landing / unit room. I’m attended for 36hrs. doctors appt same morning I decided to
