I was really expecting more for a 3 star hotel. There was crumbs on the floor when we first walked in the room. Then they only provided 2 towels wheb i checked in for 4 guests. When i went down to ask for more they said they were all out and would get some from next door and call aa soon as they got them. Well an hour later they still hasdnt called so i called the front desk and the lady said oh yeah they dont have any until tomorrow morning so i have to call front desk in the morning. She was really rude abd didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. We had just came back from Castles n Coasters and we were all hot and sweaty from being there all day so we all wanted to take a shower. So 4 of us had to share 2 towels!. Then their ice machine was broken. I don't think i would stay here again. I definitely did not have a good experience and was certainly not worth the price! Very disappointed. Poor customer service.

We were frustrated that there were not enough linens and no service, no coffee, no cups in the room. Even if all this was suspended from Covid, it should have been explained. We had to make numerous calls and trips to the front. If they aren't going to provide any amenities, or cleaning, then the room should be stocked with some cleaning supplies at least.

The hotel was very clean. There was no problem with that. I did have a few problems with the room. First, the bathroom faucet did not work. There was just a fast drip coming out of the faucet. We just used the sink in the kitchenette. But when I tried to check out early Sunday morning, there was no one at the front desk to tell about the sink. My second issue was that right now, due to Covid, the do not keep trash cans in the rooms. I had to go to the front desk to get trash bags. That just seems a bit ridiculous to me. I also had to go back to the front desk to get more towels. When you reserve a room for 3 people and there are only 2 towels, it's a bit frustrating to have to ask for more towels. But this seems to be a common thing for hotels. We didn't use the "grab and go" breakfast because we left before they had it set out. The price was good, but I'm not sure we will stay here again.

Hello I really can’t speak for Spring Hill I didn’t stay there that’s where I booked my confirmation said Spring Hill but when I went to check in I was told I my reservation was for the sister hotel next door.

Was not open due to Covid.
Hotel was closed due to Covid, we were moved to the Towne Place next door. It was fine, but only had Queen beds instead of a king. Everything else was good

Wonderful Service. They allowed early check in. No King beds available. Breakfast was marginal with Covid rules. Room was very nice with a suite feel.
