The Fitzwilliam Hotel

Very Friendly Check in female host with dark brown hair. She showed us to our room which I have never experienced before. Really nice hotel with very attentive staff from the front door all the way to the bar staff.

Location location location friendly staff room was spacious and clean. Valet parking was so easy and efficient. Steps from grafton street.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are generally quiet although I could hear the opposite room opening and closing their door. Amenities are excellent as are the staff. So helpful and friendly. My only criticism is the size of the gym, just one bike, treadmill and cross trainer (that was broken) and it was a very small room - for a hotel of this rating (and cost) you would expect better gym facilities (of the same standard as the Conrad hotel close by)

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming staff - were very helpful when we had to check in really late. Excellent breakfasts.

Good checkin and checkout experience with a very pleasant male staff member. Didn’t like that I phoned to reception to check if their WiFi was working as I couldn’t connect my iPad, the receptionist said she would check and phone me straight back..... Still waiting for her to return that call. No complimentary bottled water in the rooms - for a 5 star hotel, this should be offered. No biscuits with tea & coffee Old fashioned shower in bath leaves the bathroom floor totally soaked, we needed to put bath towels on the floor to try soaking up all the water. Breakfast manager is a lovely, very cheerful man who works constantly, the rest of the waiting staff are good, but a few staff members need to pull their weight a little bit more. We received wrong items asked for brown toast got white. Asked for well cooked poached eggs, got runny eggs, husband asked for runny fried egg but got two hard eggs. People at a table next to us had their order lost, they sat waiting for quite a while before getting sorted. Also think for a 5 star hotel that a full breakfast should have more than a half a portobello mushroom and should have two sausages as standard with other items on plates Maybe considering Coronavirus outbreak their should be hand sanitisers at the checkin area and also outside the breakfast room and around the lift areas.

All the basics done well. Bed , breakfast, shower and wifi. Great location for Dublin.
