Great place. A little hard to get to. We couldn’t figure out the trains or buses so we walked to the hotel from the train station.

Decent hotel in Milan City Center in good location
Decent hotel and location. The hotel is pretty good. We were a bit apprehensive about the location as we read reviews about this hotel in Chinatown but we thought it was fine. There were good restaurants around and a mini-market close by to buy water and groceries. The hotel is close to tram station and it was convenient to buy a daily pass for Metro (price just went up from 4.50 to 7). Taxis were also easily available through hotel. Housekeeping didn't replenish coffee/sugar and shampoo/bathgel cosistently for the 4 nights and we had to call them everyday which they did but it was annoying to ask for things that should have been there. Location is convenient - duomo is 25 minutes walk and other touristy things are also withing walkable distance (<30 minutes). They upgraded us to a suite since there three of us which was nice. Suite was spacious and the other non-suite room for our friends was also decent size. Overall we were happy with this hotel and would recommend for families.

Above average hotel
Only a 1 night transit stay. Very comfortable and elegant hotel which seems a little out of place in the neighbourhood it's located. Close to the metro if you have good directions. Had drinks from the bar with 'tapas', or the Italian equivalent, which was a nice touch and a good bistro meal. Breakfast was very good. WiFi not the best.
