Extended Stay America Phoenix - Airport

My first experience was not so great...it didn't feel clean, drugs were in the cabinet and my room wasn't ready when I had arrived. I've stayed here a couple of times after tbis visit and it has improved! This last stay my room was very clean, comfortable and service was great! They changed something up and need to keep it up!

My experience is ongoing thats how well I like it here lol, really tho great staff great rooms, I care for the breakfast but the damn Covid messed that up lol, naw really tho great location groceries , fast food, restaurant, and gas are anywhere from a 2 minute-10 min drive.. Vanessa the general Manager is very personable as well as Steve-O who works the mi shifts very helpful and friendly guy!! You have an amazing team here!!

Their housekeeping really needs to improve. I went and bought alcohol wipes to wipe down things inside the room.

I had an amazing experiance @ this hotel overall. There was a mixup with mi reservation from the begining and the man working the front desk the day I arrived, even tho he was either new all together, or from a different location & just new to the location I was @. Either way he did an amazing job & was able to help me & mi husband out to get it all figured out & got us checked in with no issues. I am grateful for his customer service & dedication to helping the customers/guest regardless their appearances. Mi husband & I have personally had issues with being judge as well as sterotyped on a regular basis becuase of our appearces. At this hotel & this location none was to us to end up up make mi Christmas a lil bit better than it was going @ the tyme. I definately will be staying here again & would definately recomend this hotel to everyone.

Was pretty good for the price clean and location

Great location near freeway and points of interest. Carpets inside the room and outer hallways were very dirty. Coffee maker provided on request though the necessary or correct items to make coffee were not provided. The coffee maker was compact but the filters and coffee packet were for a full size machine. For the price i expected more in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities. On the upside the staff was pleasant and helpfull.

Great place to stay I usually come in late n the workers are great. Only this time second floor reeked of marijuana. I’ll still stay here as it’s safe in and outside of the hotel.

Overall pleasant atmosphere and experience. The room was clean and generally well maintained, although the bathroom sink had a very slow drain. I made extensive use of the kitchen facilities. I really appreciated the full size refrigerator. Pots, pans, utensils, plates and cutlery had to be requested from the front desk, but the desk clerk brought everything up to my room in a timely manner. A two element range and microwave were provided but not an oven. Also, the hotel was located some distance away from a grocery store. Free and paid internet options were both provided. I just made use of the free option; it seemed to cover my needs just fine. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. I extended my stay for an additional day, which required me to go down on the morning of my original checkout and “leave” then check in again, which was a little inconvenient. Also be aware that the hotel will not accept cash as a payment.

The hallway and room both smelt like weed and cigarettes. Room had a broken toilet seat my stay was not good at all

After an initial hiccup with the booking, the place was good and accommodating. The kitchen worked great for us since we needed to cook some meals for a couple day.
