Great Staff. Covid precautions are adequate and enforced. Good food, restaurant options in spite of Covid limitations. Reservations for dinner at any restaurants are required, IN PERSON at the Lobby. Has a musty smell in the air from the beach (?). Our room is spacious and clean, but gets noisy as we can hear people passing by, and doors getting slammed. We have been awakened @ 3 am, 6 am by these noises and normally noises don’t bother us much. Pool is cold (in fairness, weather has been rainy) and smaller than we are used to. Activities by the staff are fun and lively. Wi-Fi is spotty when farther from the main floor. Beach is small, and it smells, at least during our stay in November. Quinta Avenida is within walking distance but still under construction as of Nov-Dec. Streets around the hotel gets flood with persistent rain. Security is adequate. Police cars patrolling the area frequently esp at night. Again, great Staff !

The best all inclusive hotel in Playa. The staff and service is 2nd to none. Food was wonderful.

The most personal experience I have had thus far in Playa. Rooms are wonderful, bed?? Slept like a baby, attention to detail and attention, second to none. I will not be staying at the Hilton or Riu again. Thank you so much for being so king during the hard time.

I loved the service provided by all of the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful they had all of the precautions in place for my safety. Pablo was one of the waiters just waiting for me to give him a call always so happy to help and bring all that I needed. On the restaurant Antonio was also so pleased to help and bring my food the way I wanted it every time. I was so sorry to see them having to wear their face mask and plastic cover all day for my safety and other guest not caring about wearing their face mask and using the available antibacterial spray at every door and door mats to clean your feet. Overall excellent service the rooms were also as clean as all of the hotel.

The hotel was great. The staff very friendly and willing to Help in any way. Super clean rooms and dining areas.The food was good. Not a lot of variety but it was still great. The coffee shop excellent. Sergio and Miguel great entertainers and super friendly. It doesn’t have a nice beach but you have a nice pool. And it’s super close to 5th ave.
