Hilton Charlotte Uptown

My room did not have any heat. I could not get heat the entire time. The valet parking phone number did not work. I could not request my car ahead of leaving each day. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my car each time I wanted to leave and had to wait 5 minutes or more upon arriving back to the hotel each day. I felt this hotel did not value their customers.

It was amazing! We don’t usually stay at Hilton’s because they are typically more expensive than other options. We LOVED this hotel and will be back!

We very much enjoyed to location of our stay. We walked to dinner both nights and felt comfortable with the parking available.

Clean rooms.. air didn’t work, hit the whole time there .. they did not make people have mask in.. people standing in lobby no mask.. we paid for valet but nobody there to park the car.. people standing around door inside and outside no mask

Was nothing special. Room was outdated. Gym was not available which was one of the main reasons I booked it. Not worth price paid

The a/c was not good and the toilet was clogged the whole time. And the price was higher at check in.

Very nice property. Excellent condition. Clean. Good location. Reasonably priced, although parking rate in the building was very high.

Having to request room cleaning, towels etc. is not acceptable. Clean the room daily, exchange towels, restock coffee/tea etc..

Very well situated downtown, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Hotel in itself is nice. My room looked a little different than the picture and the bed was hard. The comforter was thin as well. Location is great it’s in the middle of everything uptown. The restaurant food wasn’t that great. I ordered ribeye and asparagus and the steak didn’t have seasoning on it as well as it was tough and I ordered rare. The asparagus didn’t taste great neither.
