Excellent hotel and stay
Staying in hotels in the time of covid is iffy. Not here, it was the best I could have imagined. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Plexiglass (and masks) kept us safe. Room was clean, well designed. Parking was convenient. Everything was great.

Pool situation--
I was very disappointed that the pool was 'not open' as mentioned on their website--but when we arrived it was. We ran to buy suits at a store and when we returned-they had closed it for the evening at 5pm. We were the ONLY other family staying on the premises for the evening and refused to open it up for us. They said it would open at 10am the next morning. When walking past to leave in the morning-they had opened again EARLY for the other family at 9am. When I inquired at the desk- they acted confused to the entire situation. I was VERY irritated! Terrible customer service.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Only negative is that the pool now closes at 7:00 and we weren't able to check in until 7:30. Kids were disappointed. We understand new rules due to Covid, but this one didn't make a whole lot of sense. What is going to change between 7:00 pm and the normal pool closing time of 10:00 pm?

Everything was clean, the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, soap, conditioner, anything you could need! The room was great, we loved the layout and the access we had to get outside through the sliding door!

We made a “staycation” here for the pool. After researching many hotels policies and covid restrictions we found this hotel to be beneficial. They allow you to sign up for pool time once you check in. There can be up to 20 people in the area, but we were by ourselves each time. The water was warm. It was wonderful to give my kids a piece of normalcy in these crazy times and just swim. The hotel staff was professional and kind. The room itself was clean and decorated nicely. I wish the weather would have been nicer so we could enjoy the courtyard porch in our room. All in all an excellent stay.

I was disappointed with the grab and go breakfast. The dried out, crumbly scone was my worst breakfast this year. We were never told how much the breakfast was. For four items it was $12.24. I would go to Starbucks next time.

My room is already paid for prior to arriving to the hotel.The front Dess service was terrible very rude and disrespectful and then on top of that I could not book my room for another hour due to a $40 booking fee that I was not aware of prior to booking the front desk person was very rude about the booking fee but I paid it due to my long road trip and I was overly tired.While showering foreign hairs were seen on the soap conditioner and shampoo bottles
