Just a little hiccup but at the end all good :))
We arrived late at close to midnight and we had a bit of an issue with the check-in :(( First, the door of the room was faulty... lady at Frontdesk was very helpful and came up in a few mins and got it opened. Then we realized it was King bedded room but our booking was made for 2 queen beds. By then, we were dead tired and frontdesk was taking a while before she found us another room on the same level. Though the mistake could be avoided, it was all good at the end with the help from the frontdesk. We liked how the room was spacious, quiet and convenient to the event we were attending.

Our stay started out nicely. The manager on duty kept us up to date on when our room would be ready an d brought us each a cold bottle of water. Our room was nice, king bed (way to soft for us). We got a little snack at the bistro that was delicious. Chicken, bacon, cheese quesadillas. We arrived back to the hotel and the only parking left was in a very dark area, not being from the area we were uncomfortable parking there. We took showers and headed to bed. The beds got warmer as the night went on. I used the bathroom and discovered at around 3 am it was backed up and nasty stuff began coming up. Around 4 am very loud music from outside kept me up until 7:30. When I told the desk clerk at checkout she asked me why I hadn't called down. I obviously did not want to wake up my wife to get the toilet fixed in the middle of the night. She completely blew me off about the music that had kept me up all night. I left feeling she could have cared less we had such a bad visit.
