Just correct We would not return there. Its not true that breakfast is included. Nothing at all.

Not a friendly staff for check in. From the outside window it looked like she was taking a nap with her head on the desk. She gave us the wrong room number, so we disturbed another guest. She did not apologize for her mistake, but just handed us a new key like nothing had happened.

Despite the fact our booking included free HOT breakfast, at our arrival we were told that the breakfast will be delivered in 1 bag with 1 small muffin, 1small orange juice and, 1 small yogourt. No coffee, tea, just a paper bag waiting for us at the entrance, with the suggestion to eat to CORA in the neighborhood. We paid a high price to have HOT breakfast, $154 per night it's a lot for what we got. We stayed 4 nights, no cleaning , no new towels, or sheets were provided during this time.A nomad life in a 2 star hotel which charges like 4 stars as price .At our arrival, I was told that I can leave the hotel next day... they don't care, the message was 'take it or leave it'. At our check out, they charged a higher price than on our reservation. I showed them the printed reservation and they returned the difference. It is Covid, the IT or the secretary fault. I was at other Confort Inn hotels before and it was fine. This one in Chicoutimi is a desaster for the services and customer satisfaction. Completely disapointed. Not reccommend it to anyone.

The front desk area packed with people as there was no front desk attendant. People were waiting for over a half an hour. I was in the process of calling to cancel when an attendant showed up. She was exceptionally surly.

Considérant la pandémie. l'hotel avais les mesures nécessaires. la chambre était confortable .

They mentioned breakfast included,at arrival they told because of COVID-19 there's no breakfast,the cafeteria is closed,they have to mention in their website, prepared a bag of snacks replacing the breakfast ☹☹,second day there is no snack bag🤔🤔, but already paid for breakfast,4 person check in but just 3 towels??? No extra toilet paper,no coffee at the site or even coffeemaker in the room,all because of COVID-19, but regular price,no effect on the price. We spent 3 horrible days there,always must ask about everything. Must drive or walk to buy a coffee or something for breakfast. Just want to ask the direction please change your website until COVID-19 finish. We never try comfort inn anywhere else.

Stayed 4 nights with family, room was comfortable, no daily housekeeping due to Covid-19, which was ok, the essentials: soap, napkins, etc. were provided by the staff upon request. There's no breakfast due to pandemic, you are given a brown bag with same snacks. After I mentioned to the receptionist after a couple of days that more variety can be added, they gave us yogurt and fruit cups. No coffee machines in the rooms, you can get hot water if you ask at the reception.

Vieil hôtel avec tapis. La chambre sentait la cigarette et il y avait un tapis douteux. Malgré la Covid on annonçait un petit déjeuner inclus alors qu’il fallait demander la boîte à lunch qui ne nous était pas offerte d’emblée. La personne à la réception était extrêmement lente alors qu’il y avait plusieurs arrivées en même temps. Par contre elle était très polie
