Comfort Inn & Suites Durango

First of all the receptionist gave us keys to a room that did not work. She redid the keys and the keys were too occupied room. We receive a different room which have throw up on the side of the bed. we asked to have that taken care of and was informed that the cleaning people had already gone home. I then saw one of the cleaning people in the hallway. The receptionist said she would take care of it well we went to dinner. When we got back the only thing removed was the bed skirt. Later that evening we noticed they were still trash behind the toilet from the previous customer. The next day when we return to our room our keys did not work again as a receptionist had a bad attitude when I asked her to rekey them. I will never stay at this location again!

Accept for a few reminders, the atmosphere brought back memories of normal days. Staff was friendly and efficient. We were able to use the gym, and heard several families in the pool. We actually stayed here twice on the same trip.

My husband found what appeared to be a bed bug biting him in the bed. May be just a one-off experience left by a former guest but I cannot take those home with me!

The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was pretty dirty. The windows were filthy, there was a stain on the carpet outside the door that looked like someone threw up. The carpet in the room was dirty as well as the sink countertop in the bathroom. We had to wipe it down to use it.

Had a great stay. Did not have a plan of where we were going each day and made the reservation last minute. Would definitely stay again. Clean room, comfortable. Staff was nice. Easy access to restaurants and gas stations

This hotel is gross!! The lobby, hallways, elevator etc was sooo dirty!! The room wasnt any better there was hair in the tub, the sheets were dirty, i had to get new sheets as I dont think the current sheets were changed after the previous guest. I really font understand how this hotel gets any good ratings, it is gross, and with Covid quite honestly dangerous as it is obvious they are not cleaning.

After their stay with Comfort Inn our employees messaged us and said, " This hotel is very nice. After a cold day it is so nice to stay at a place that is this so comforting and relaxing."

Great stay

When we first arrived we went into the room and the beds were dirty, especially the top sheets. They had dirty spots all over them. We told the font desk and they were so great about it. They moved us rooms down the hall and apologized about it. Later that evening we had an issue with the person below us. The front desk girl (I didn’t get her name) was SOOOO AWESOME! She was so sweet and polite to us and handled the situation perfect. Even though we had a few issues we have no complaints. They front desk staff was great and handled them professionally and where so kind to us.
