Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel

Receptionist was super friendly and polite. The room seemed pretty clean, but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Two of the housekeepers were cursing up a storm by the elevator and didn’t care to stop while guests were there.

I have stayed here many times for which reason i continue to choose to stay here as service, comfort, and cleanliness is 100% great!

The hotel was nice.

Nice and clean room! Friendly staff. Hot tub and pool was great temperature. Breakfast not so good but okay. Would stay here again though, price was decent and tv is pretty big.

My best girl friend and I made plans to hang out together while she is visiting from Texas. She was unable to stay overnight in the room with me, but we did split the cost. When we checked in, we weren't able to split the cost on 2 separate cards, but were told we could at check out. The room was okay. I found several long, dark hairs in the bathroom (mine is red) which was a bit off-putting. At checkout, the transaction was not handled correctly and my friend's card was charged the full amount, and I was charged for half. The pending charge on my card eventually dropped, and I had to pay my friend back in cash. It really shouldn't be so difficult to split the room cost on 2 cards.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus was very comfortable. We were in the area for a medical appointment, errands and some Christmas shopping. It was near to the clinic, shopping and dining that made it a great place to stay. We were able to take advantage of the Apple Capital Loop Rec Trail for a sunny day walk, as well. Would stay here again, for sure.

The room we went to hadn’t been vacuumed and the bed sheets along with window curtains had what looked like chocolate smeared on them. The bed was made but it looked like they never changed the bedding from the last ppl. They moved us to a new room, same size & the carpet still wasn’t 100% clean. The bedding looked clean but the tub had crumbs or something in it. The toilet seat looked dirty and was old and worn down. The place looked newer but it sure felt gross. Pool was appt only bc of covid & was booked so we never got to use it & “continental breakfast” was a to-go bag of a muffin, apple & juice. For a best western PLUS, pretty disappointed

My mother-in-law and I were in town for an appointment and some shopping. The location was good, easy access to services. The room was clean and comfortable. My mother-in-law particularly loved the mattresses. Oh so comfy!

We have stayed with this hotel once before this trip. It is a clean hotel so we came back. This time we were assigned to an adjacent room next to a super noisy family. You can hear all the TV programs and their conversations. There’s no sound proof for connecting rooms at at all. The kids were screaming even near midnight. We couldn’t sleep at all. I contacted front desk twice. They seemed not taking any action after my first complaint. I wished they did something so we didn’t have to suffer for nearly two hours until we made the second complaint.

This was the worst BW I have ever stayed iin If this hotel qualified as a BW I will not be staying at a BW facility again. When I see a name I expect consistency in the quality of services. This place was dirty and had a poor excuse for a breakfast in a bag. I know that Covid-19 is an issue but I have had plenty of other hotel chains still manage to give a quality breakfast. I was under the impressing that a best western had earned the right to display the plus because they offered superior service and amenities but this was anything but superior. I came back through the area 2 days later and changed my reservation to another hotel chain that had much higher quality and service standards for about the same price. I no longer trust the Best western brand and will do business elsewhere.
