Hampton Inn Cleveland-Solon

All as expected - no surprises and would recommend to anyone in the Solon Ohio area

this hotel is amazing. from the workers to the cleanliness of their rooms. all around recommend this hotel.

I stayed here couple weeks ago and knew i would come back. this hotel is amazing. the service is incredible the rooms are great. and to top it off didn’t have the container to make a cup of coffee at 3am went downstairs to get one and the clerk just got me a cup of coffee that was already made.

Mostly good, shower had hair from the previous person in it. The bathroom itself can use work. Poor craftmanship or patchwork. I would stay again forr the price

It was the first day of mandatory masks in Cuyahoga County. Walk in the hotel with my mask on and the girl behind the plexiglass was not wearing a mask. I just commented to her as of 1 today masks were supposed to be mandatory inside all public buildings. She commented she didn't need one while she was alone. I guess because she was behind the plexiglass. But an hour later when I was going out to my car she was standing in the lobby getting her delivery of a sandwich with no mask on and talking to the delivery girl who was wearing a mask. First thing I did when I went in my room was check for cleanliness and everything appeared okay until I went to get the remote control sitting in front of the TV. I rubbed my finger on the base of the TV and you can see where I drew the line through some dust. So I immediately got out my wipes and cleaned all the light switches the clocks, the remote control, bathroom sink handles and toilet handle. The beds were comfortable and I was glad that you could control the temperature in your room. And finally I could not see paying 3 to $4 for items in their Lobby to snack on. Having spent some time in the restaurant business I understand why you have to mark certain items up but these were ridiculously high and you could sell twice as many if you drop the prices a little. I rate this hotel as fairly average that I would expect from a much cheaper Hotel. A few years ago I spent 2 days there as a getaway and it was much better.

Good value for money-clean and responsive to requests.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.
