Nothing unique except that I usually assume courtyard Marriott to be on the higher end of motel cleanliness compared to other chains. The carpet in my room was disgusting. The motel was obviously old and needs to be renovated.

Place was under construction paint on floor AC did not work safety bar was rotted off the wall worse place I have stayed at since Afghanistan and that is saying something !!!

Renovations not communicated
This hotel got a good rating but my stay was horrible. Nowhere did it say it was under construction and that listed amenities would not be available. The restaurant and breakfast area/ lounge was unavailable. Also, the pool was covered and unavailable. To top it all off, the internet to the TV didn’t work. Marriott usually has high standards but this was definitely way below par. Not happy. Probably too late to get money back.

I had confirmation reservations & I got to hotel& the rude manager said my reservations were cancelled & said sorry we are booked.Terrible costumer service!!! I had to go to a holiday which was sooo much better!!! I’m a bonvoy timeshare member& so disappointed in Marriott!!!

Front desk agent was very helpful. Staff at the bistro were friendly, happily serving us even as they were about to close. We felt welcomed.

I had a wonderful experience. The night before I booked a hotel on another site and was very leery of the status of the hotel in this area. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff the cleanliness of the common areas as well the cleanliness of the room. I would definitely book with Expedia again as well as possible accept a rewards relationship with this hotel franchise.

This property is in serious need of an upgrade. It is tired! The staff was super friendly and helpful. But, if you get a room on the freeway side, you can’t expect to get a good nights sleep. It’s loud! The air conditioners are very loud when they cycle on - which would be fune if they would stay on, but they cycle off and then you hear all the other hotel noises. Couldn’t get hot water from the sink. Wish this hotel was as good as the staff.
