There are better options
Stay wasn’t that great. As soon as I was walking to my room the ceiling was leaking water near my room. No one cleaned up the tiles from the ceiling or cared to tape off the area. Room was ok, kept on finding roaches in my room. When I asked for change for the laundry the older lady at the front desk told me she was not a bank and I had to get change from the actual bank. Even though I’m from out of state and go into work early and get out late.

Room was not clean. Refrigerator was apparently defrosting so was hanging open with towels in it. Doors were loud and scraped across the floor when opening. Despite the mask mandate staff and guests were not wearing masks in lobby area. Will avoid Best Western in the future.

Being close to the 4 lane the trucks going down the road was loud and sounded like thunder all night long. The room even shaked from the trucks. room was nice but bathroom need some repairs to the wall and falling apart.
