Hotel Thea

The building is under construction though it didn't impact our room. The lobby area was a controlled mess. Since it was a weekend day there was little noise. They had a convenient dog walking area for our two small mutts. The price made it a good deal.

Hotel currently under restoration, so a lot of construction related activity and associated dirt and dust all over. Brand new carpet on the third floor is very nice. Room was also nicer than expected with a great shower. Front office staff not very friendly or helpful.

Customer service was great and rooms weren’t bad

A lot of construction going on still. I’ve stayed here before and they’ve made the rooms smaller and there’s no place to hang your clothes or in the bathroom. Hope when the construction is all done it will look as nice as before

Night auditor JJ was awesome, I had some redouble with hotels.xom And she took care of everything. She was kind compationit professional.and efficient. The rooms are wonderful. They are remodeling but the room was big, clean, wonderful soothing colors, the beds and pillows were comfortable. I appreciated the sink being outside of.the bathe room so 2 people could get ready at a time. The carpet was new . The general managsr Roger was attentive. I was so impresses

I had a wonderful experience there, there was some remodeling going on. But not a issue. Pool was closed do.

The room was very clean and had quality furnishings. The shower was large and the mirror over the sink is the kind that has light around the edge. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. This was the second time we have stayed here and we will be back.

First, I'll say that I love Shilo Inn. I go there often to get away even though I live locally. Their pool and spa are wonderful, as their service. Nice people that want your stay to be great. However, this time was not exactly to par. I didnt know, but found out upon check in that there whole pool section was closed due to Covid-19. I didnt know the virus was aquatic. I guess so. Also there was plastic running down each hallway and they were painting and such for renovation. In their defense, that was probably the best time to do it considering... The breakfast was pretty much a brown bag to go. Yogurt, poppy seed muffins, milk or juice. I went down at 11am and (knowing I was too late for it) the receptionist explained things and offered me two bags to go. Wonderful! Sometimes there isnt the best communication between the booking agency and the proprietor. Honestly I chose Shilo, again, because of the pool and spa, clean rooms and friendly staff. This time no pool, no spa, construction stuff around, brown bag breakfast and bare room walls (no art- just painted the room I guess). A big plus was that they were strictly adhering to State Covid regulations, which can effect service. Gloves on, face mask, spray after use & and with a smile. Love the staff. I will go back and now understand that ALL hotels are doing this. Sucks for now, but lets live.

Our Room was not cleaned we requested housekeeping they never camea at day 2 u can see me on camera late asking for towels and soap to clean up since we had none thr beds are not comfortable the juices the breakfast bar were spoiled the hotel is under construction amd smells like paint had i known this id never lf booked here.

Staff not friendly or helpful. Room was terrible no closet or anyway to hang clothes. bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around. breakfast grab they gave you was old and terrible. wasn't even eatable. i would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.
