Room was very dirty cigarette ashes were in the bathroom shower. When we walked in the shade from the lamp was on the floor and the sheets/bed were dirty . Door keys deactivated every time we left the room. Will never stay here again !!

I had no hot water. Front desk said they’d get maintenance on it. Never heard another word. Next morning still no high water....missed church because I couldn’t shower. The heater also wasn’t working. Cold night. Next morning front desk let me shower in another room....but still wanted me out by 11:30-12.

They are under a big remodel and had several things that needed attention. Once in my room though - everything was well done, clean, and very comfortable. I also heard no noise from other TV's or other people in the halls or outside.

Staff has been polite and helpful. The rooms were as clean as could be expected for the price but the services book in one of them was moldy and some basic items were missing (i.e. the toilet paper holder)

If it hadn’t been so late I would have called hotels.com and asked for a refund and went elsewhere. The only thing positive I have to say was the front desk help was nice and the bed was comfortable. When we first pulled in there was multiple people, some on bicycles, just hanging out in the parking lot. Pretty sure I saw a drug deal go down, but it was late. When we tried to find parking we went towards the end of the building and saw a huge pile of trash. There was several broken down cars in the parking lot. The grounds are filthy and there was trash everywhere. Went to leave in the morning and judging by the people I saw going in and out, it appears that there is quite a few people living there. I should have done a better job reading the reviews as it appears that many have already said the same thing I am.

Do not stay here. The cover picture is not even a picture of the hotel.

This building is old and in desperate need of updates. I heard the people above us walking, the ceiling creaking and was afraid the ceiling was going to fall. We could hear the people talking outside the thin walls. The bathroom shower had a partition to keep water in, but it was completely broken off and just placed there. I did get a cheap rate through Expedia and the beds were pretty comfortable, but I’ve stayed in much better Super 8’s than this “Inn & Suite”.

Super ghetto, smelled like cigarette smoke. Front desk staff not very friendly. Latch lock on door was broken, not very clean, horrible beds, cops were there in the morning. Guess you get what you pay for!! Would not have stayed there with my kids if I had known it was so bad.

The staff at the hotel were excellent and willing to help out in any way. The room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel seemed a little run down. Had a run in with an individual in the parking lot that was clearly inebriated and as an American with a disability it was very disconcerting. There were several vehicles in the parking lot that were broken down and individual that smoked had chairs and table right outside the entrance to the rooms. I have a service dog and so every time I went outside I had to navigate through a group of smokers and their pets, most of which were off leash.

Easy check in, clean,nice breakfast, friendly staff.
