I like the location. The staff is great. The room is OK, but it has an old smell to them. They need different pillows. The place needs to be updated.
Good place
Overall perfect. Saw 2 miniscule little bugs no bigger than a pin point on bathroom floor and one near coffee pot. On other point: To advertise an in room coffee maker and then find out it is a one cup at a time little thing is very disappointing. King bed was awesome
Had no food service or internet
It was a nice environment and really relaxing I really enjoyed
I just walked in to the hotel to check in, nobody in the lobby except the deck clerk you is behind plex glass with a mast on. Instead of checking me in, I have prepaid for the room, he wants to know where my mast is. Second complaint, the website says free breakfast, sign inside says no breakfast because of covid virus.
Rooms were clean, staff very professional and helpful.
We chose this hotel for its breakfast option and close proximity to where our business was during our stay. We weren't expecting extravagance, however, our stay wasn't what we expected. Due to health concerns due to Covid-19 ,La Quinta was not providing breakfast, which ok fine, i get it. But what I didn't get the " no housekeeping" during our stay. That in itself doesn NOT provide a safe environment for either the guest or staff. I have had.to stay at a hotel (H hotel)during the pandemic in Florida back in April, and the hotel was still able to operate and offer breakfast and housekeeping at the establishment, with ALL necessary safety precautions adhered to.
Hotel is fine, room smell like humid - not a clean smell..
The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. Unfortunately he was not very well trained (and I blame management, not him) For starters it took me over 30 minutes to check in, I was charged for a room under someone else's name separately from the pre-paid reservation I already had. The first room the booked me in was COMPLETELY covered in mold (pictures available). He then re-issued another room which had someone else's luggage inside. The third room had an ant problem which I discovered at 11:30pm and the sink was broken and not draining. Now I travel often and NEVER complain. In fact if I do not like a place, I just don't go back and don't comment. This by far was one of, if not the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I should have been completely refunded, but barely got an apology! I can assure you I am not known to complain, this was unbelievable!
