We went there for a getaway from Friday to Monday, room was clean, spacious with a nice view, the WiFi worked well, only cons we required an extra bed it was provided but quite uncomfortable for our 10 years old, and parking was paid, the machine to pay was broken, I’d recommend having it included in the room rate, food was good but the restaurant is outdatted
When you arrive it seems very nice. People are very helpful unfortunately, the place needs a lot of work. The lobby is nice but the furniture is outdated. You sit on the sofa and you can’t get up. The room I got had dirty walls, the bed was super hard and the pillows were flat. When complaint about it they had me look at three other rooms and they were exactly the same. The most important part was that there were no USB ports for the phones or computers. I spent a day trying to get connected as I was there for work. It was really frustrating. I got it resolved but it was not a very good experience. The TV in the room had no access to Financial news and English Channel. I used the restaurant once, and left without eating as I asked for a grilled chicken breast and when I got it it had blood everywhere and the blood got on the mashed potatoes. Very frustrating. I do have to say they have a bar where you can have a little breakfast in the Mornings and the attendant named Jorge made sure the people that were there had a good Experience. I will look for other alternatives next time.
Ample rooms, a little old in the tooth, but otherwise, ok. location is a little out of the way but across from a mall, for those who like to shop
Room was clean, staff very helpful & friendly. Food was very good. Across the street from shipping mall. Only drawback, bed was like sleeping on a board.
Huge room, bed not so comfy. The hotel itself need renovation. The staff there are amazing! (one by one).

For a Sheraton did not meeet any standards of expectations having. Stayed at many Sheraton around the world. Poor service specially at front desk and rein service. Bad attitude and over all huge disappointment. Will not stay here again.
Even when everybody is nice in the hotel, the service provide for them it was bad and was an horrible experience. I got around 1.30 to check in, as soon I got to my room I smell a lot of cigarrete smoke, I called to reception and told them. They say they will investigate about it. Because I was going to lunch I didnt change room. They explain that probably it was somebody that already was leaving. I came back later. again it was smoke in the room. I complain again and then a third time later that day. This time, they said they already take care of the problem and will not be any more problem. I wake up at 11.30 PM even with the filter of my cpap machine I smell the cigarrete smoke. Then they offer me at 11.30 PM after I slept over 1 hour to change room. I said that the guy that it was smoking next room should move, not me (why punish the innocent and dont do anything with the guilty????) For me is more than a problem to move with cpap and all the bags (It is a businees trip for 3 week so normally 2 big bags) I have to say that the girls in the lobby were very nice anyways. But no solution to the problem was given. So, dosent Sheraton has a protocol in this cases where people dosent care about the rules and dont care about pay fines? Really a bad experience.
The Hotel fulfilled our expectations. It was an extra that a huge Mall was next to the Hotel where we could eat and shop at weekends.
