Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Woodbury, MN

No manager and have no idea when coming in. Room smelled of mold and I requested a change nope no manager. Went to use restroom and hair on toilet seat. No breakfast and no coffee due to COVID. Checked out next am no issues and went to a HOLIDAY INN had breakfast and coffee next morning. Glad they didn’t have COVID restrictions.

The balcony was a nice added bonus of a surprise. I also loved the large, nice bottled of soaps, the amazing shower as well as the super comfy beds! We had a trailer with our truck and were able to find parking on-site, close to the room, and very well lit and safe!

I was pretty disappointed and the way my hotel was charged by the time I check in to the hotel. Usually on hotel.com when you rent and select to pay after you check out. The bed were hard to sleep on and room was okay for the kids and us to stay. Going to the pool restriction was a little crazy even after calling getting wristband. Then when I check out they had put two extra charges on the card for accidental when I ask front desk lady to put in on my credit card. I guess my child had fun but did not know that this hotel give me the run around just for one night only.

The rooms were clean. Price was reasonable. Bad -Had to change rooms twice, smell in room. No fitness room, no hot tub, pool hours so limited i could not us it, breakfast was very bad all processed food no fresh fruit all sugar junk. I do not plan to return to MN until your state has some more freedom. You need new leadership.

The bathroom To our room was so dirty. The tub had dirt stains. The hallway smelled. The key to our room didn’t work. Had to stop at guess service for another key. Staff was friendly.

The place was very clean and kept in order. I will definitely check for them again if I come back to Minnesota

When we got to the hotel to check in they didn’t tell us much of anything. No one said anything about the pool rules, additional fees, the breakfast... nothing. The hot tub was closed down and hours of pool greatly reduced to 3pm to 9pm. This was not advertised upon reserving and neither was the change in the continental breakfast to nothing but cereal and fruit. None of this was disclosed in advance. When we got to our room our door was stubborn and had damage to it from what appeared to be slamming so it was hard to open and close. The curtains had nasty stains and don’t even get me started on the bathroom! They had a handicap shower in there and just a rubber stopper strip to stop the water from getting all over except it failed to stop the water! One shower and the floor of the whole bathroom was wet and didn’t dry until we towel dried it the next morning. The bathroom and whole room was not the cleanest looking and didn’t even look nice. Look like the put the bare minimum into these rooms. It had a patio in the back that was in a courtyard and the patio was covered in broken glass and cigarettes that looked like they had been there a while. No place to properly dispose of cigarettes out there except a fire pit they refused to light and was chalk full of them. I alerted the manager to the glass and he said he would send someone to clean it up and the next day it was still there! I will never stay here again for sure. Not worth $102 for sure!

Hotel was a bit dirty and the guy at checkin was a bit rude.

The rooms needs a deep cleaning. It had a weird smell. The pillows were not cleaned, sprayed or sanitized. No extra covers or pillows in the room.

Hotel is in need of updating!! Older, not the cleanest. Would not stay there again, but the staff was helpful. Pool closed due to Covid 19 and this was a reason we picked this hotel.
