Perfect!
For the same price as a regular hotel inside San Antonio this resort is a vacation of its own. The property was stunning, the restaurant was so good. Then playing golf was a blast. Hanging out on the gorgeous patio and playing corn hole then sitting around the many fire pits was so fun. We’re staying only here from now on! LOVE IT!!

Enjoyable stay even during COVID
We love staying at the resort. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant food is delicious and the grounds are nicely kept with lots to do: golfing, sitting by the fire in the evening and swimming and hot tub for those adventurous guests!

Amazing hill country views!
The place was amazing, the views were unbelievable, the service was great, heated pools are amazing this time of year and fire pits all over the property! The only downfall was the bed was very uncomfortable but even that won’t keep us from returning! Perfect romantic get away weekend!

Wonderful place to spend a relaxing weekend. Beautiful grounds, great service. Only down fall was the beds were so soft it hurt our backs....but that is a personal preference...the stay was Awesome! Smores over a campfire, who doesnt love that!*!

Hill Country Gem
Family of 4 stayed for just the weekend. Overall, it was great. The newer facility with the restaurant and lobby is great. Theres a great outdoor patio and grassy area to hang out. It was perfect for the kids. The hotel rooms are dated and need to be updated, but there was nothing wrong with them. They seemed clean and well taken care of. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The family pool was great, with a nice sized slide that kept the kids busy. Theres a poolside bar that serves food as well at certain times. Drinks were not bad, and it was very convenient to get something. No golfing this time, but the course looked pretty nice. Overall, we will be back to this hill country gem.

Where to start? This resort was amazing. Kodiak at the front desk, Kennedy at the restaurant and Roe in the bar were amazing. We had excellent service everywhere we went. The food and drinks were above average and the live music was a plus. Can’t wait to go back

They overbooked the holiday weekend and therefore, we could not use the pool as it was at capacity. Then they had front desk help that did not have enough experience or knowledge to be left alone especially on a holiday weekend she was nice but did not really know enough to help....therefore we went without food until finally getting to speak to Oscar the manager, who helped some but did not go out of his way really either. He stated he would let the chef know at the restaurant and they would take care of us. That did not happen as they were not informed we were coming. They did allow us a late check out on Monday to be able to enjoy the pool after all but changed other plans we had. The rooms were renovated but the bathrooms and entry area was not. We had chipped floor tiles and countertops. The countertop was not an issue but the floor was....exposed sharp cracked flooring. I guess we had higher expectations. All in all we were very disappointed!!!

Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Was surprised they allowed pets but many people there had pets. Live music on weekends and they were good.

Customer service was amazing and the spa was beautiful. Things were a bit overpriced though, and the quality of food wasn’t that great, especially considering the price.
