check in was good. we were told the pool and whirlpool were open but they were not. the toilet wobbled every time you used it. the laundry/housekeeping/desk clerk was the only person there Saturday morning doing EVERYTHING (and she had stated she wasn't feeling well). the manager didn't offer any help for her

Please do your self a favor, pay more and go stay at the nicer hotel in this area.

Hotel was very run down I rented a room for 4 days I just closed on my home in Minocqua. I had no phone service at my new house. I asked at the desk that my daughter and son in law were going to use the room the third night and my sister and her husband were going to use it the forth night. Well my daughter did not use it the third night but that was no problem however they made my sister pay for her own room the forth night. I asked if they could please take my room and pay for my sisters room and they said no because I booked through Hotels.com and the confirmation numbers did not match. This was on the morning after the last day. The manager was very nasty to me and said it was my fault for booking it through your website Not a very nice stay

The hotel staff at check in was completely rude. The carpet was worn out, and the hallways had a terrible odor. The locks on our doors didn’t work. If we hadn’t been in a room that was shared with the next room, we would not have been able to get into our room. In both of the rooms we found empty soda bottles and trash on the floor. Luckily the beds were not the worst we ever slept in, but wondering if the linens were really changed? The only reason we stayed there was because it was the only room left in Minocqua.

hot tube not working, keys for room not working, fold out couch had food crums on the sheets also no blanket, would not stay there again. Would like some kind of credit

They had a lot of problems with the room keys not working. I had my keys redone but still had to swipe them about 20 times for them to work. Same with my friend in the room next to me. The shampoo and conditioner in my room were not new-they were used. The kleenex box was almost empty. They only gave us two big towels. There were no plastic cups in our room. The hot tub by the pool was luke warm, at best. It was very dark and hard to see by the pool. They closed the pool on the second day we were there so we couldn't use it.

The hotel was OK for a quick overnight stay. We had 2 queen room and one bed the linens had stays. The other bed was fine.

The hotel lobby smelled horrible, along with the hallways. The key cards didn’t work, they kept having to re program them. The people at the front desk were rude. The beds were uncomfortable. We had to slam the door to make sure it was shut.

Clean slightly dated but friendly great staff .Would consider going there again

Hotel premises very unkept, dirty & in bad need of repair. No elevator & room keys needed to be reset 2-3 times a day. Very inconvenient!
