The shower area was rather grubby, so was the mattress topper. No vegetarian breakfast options

Polite staff, clean hotel and room, comfy bed, good dinner and breakfast in their restaurant.

The hotel at first glance looked nice. I have stayed here before with no problems. But this time it was a different story. Was very noisy to the point that we had to complain at 2am which was dealt with thankfully. Grab and go breakfast i do not recommend was a waste of money. The people on the front desk were great and very helpful and apologetic. I will stay agsin as its in a very convenient lacation.

Excellent value for money. Bed was very comfy.

Hotel was lovely but heating in the room didn’t work even after I had called reception to ask about this and windows were open the left open upon arrival so room was freezing cold and didn’t heat up much. Woke up several times throughout the night because it was so cold

Nice hotel near the city with nice rooms. Not in the city centre but very nearby. We chose to stay here because of the parking as we we were on business. Did not like the fact that the hotel gets packed when there is a rangers game. Also by my room window had a very loud noise here and there, maybe a ventilation system .. In overall a good hotel.

Lovely stay from arriving to leaving. Staff were really friendly and made our stay nice...norhing we asked was too much trouble. Room was spotless, comfy bed....defo be gack

Great value, and helpful friendly staff. The bedrooms were large had comfy beds and were very clean. The bathroom was great with a big modern walk in shower, it too was very clean. It’s location is super convenient for the city center. Close to an underground station and to Ibrox football Stadium. Only downside was our radiator was too hot and had no thermostat adjuster, looked as if it was missing. (we didn’t notice until after we’d gone to bed). This led to an uncomfortable night. We left the windows ajar but the heat and road noise kept us awake. We reported this on leaving.

I really can’t rave about this hotel enough. The staff makes it feel like a home away from home! I’ve stayed here several times and they never disappoint. The location is near the underground train— very convenient for people wanting to be near city centre without paying city centre prices.
