Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

Amazing!!! My partner and I came for a weekend staycation and everyone who works here was so nice! We are definitely going to come back. Only downside was that there aren't too many options for food, as during COVID a lot of things are closed/close early. We enjoyed a nice walk.

Nice hotel with in a great DTLA location on Bunker Hill

Paid for Club floor. Restaurant was closed. You got a voucher to use at Peet’s coffee for one pastry and one coffee or tea. No juices or lattes or other items included. Just one pastry and one coffee. At night was given a coupon for one drink and one appetizer. The club room had snacks and just had bottled water and at one time I saw three sodas.

Overall it was great, there was only one thing that it made think that they didn't really clean it good, there was a mask left at the night stand, that doesn't look good at all, so they should be more careful.

I had an incredible experience at the Omni! Great rooms, great service and great location!

Our stay was amazing with one exception...at check in, both my fiancé and I heard and understood the overnight parking to be $15. We were unpleasantly surprised to find out it was $52!!! We knew parking in downtown LA was expensive, but we felt mislead.

This was our first time here on Valentine’s Weekend and we absolutely loved the place ! Although the parking was limited to the valet with a fee, the checking in process was smooth, the social distancing guidelines were in place, and the staff were so gracious, courteous, and timely. The room was super gorgeous, sanitized, and spacious. The art and architecture of the suite was so beautifully laid out, accentuating each room with the right balance between the gathering of a home and a business oriented privacy. Our favorite parts are the modern dining area and chess set, the amazing sleep from the comfy bed, the downtown LA view, and of course the beautiful master bathroom with the jet streamed jacuzzi ! Although the way to open a window was interesting, it was nice to safely be able to get fresh air on the 16th floor. We also love the third floor patio area, the safety of the key activated elevators, and the accessibility of the multiple food places that are around, which made it possible to fulfill our specific taste buds ! This place deserves an absolute 5/5 and would totally recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the heart of LA !

Being the fact that I’ve lived and know my surroundings I was hesitant to book a room in the heart of L.A, but I did it!!! I must say this is a great location to book a room! The service was great! Christopher was really helpful in answering all question! Not to mention ask him about the loyal program! I’d recommend this location for anyone ! Friendly, clean and excellent customer service !!

The place was clean. Room was nice and comfortable..parking is too expensive.
