Clean, safe place to crash after an extremely long day of travel!

Hotel is newer, nice decor, and great condition. Nice size rooms (beds are very firm, not a criticism, just a fact if you like softer beds). Due to covid there was a box breakfast day 1 (which was understandable). On day 2 the boxed breakfast wasn't delivered so we didn't get one...booking a hotel with breakfast was important to us especially as the price wasn't cheap for an empty hotel during covid. We left before breakfast on day 3 so no idea if boxes showed up). Room was nice but because of covid (I assume as it was not told to us) it was not cleaned daily, which was fine, better off without extra germs. We received texts from the hotel to rate them, but would have appreciated a text asking if we needed anything like fresh towels, etc. Desk person was very nice, location and parking were good. My criticisms would be that the hotel sign should be lit at night so it would be easier to find in dark. Second, we had warm water (sink and shower) in room which was disappointing...hot water would have been nice. However, kudos to the person that was smart enough to put the shower handle on the opposite wall of the shower head so you didn't get soaked when you turned on the shower to warm it up! Third, a TV guide would come in handy. Fourth, the complimentary coffee was appreciated but unlike other hotels there wasn't any coffee or hot water available in evenings when you got back or early in the morning for travelers that hit the road and missed breakfast...a bit disappointing.

Consistent and great experiences at Hampton Inn and Suites in 2 cities. Will continue looking for them first.

This property is well maintained, and clean. Many steps were taken for cleanliness. Nice rooms, quiet, comfy bed. Had a fridge but no microwave which was strange. It's in a quiet area but close to OSU, shopping, and many highways. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay again.

At check-in I was charged $113.71 at for the room at instead of the $98.87 that I was quoted by Hotels.com. I haven’t been able to get an answer by phone to resolve this. Aside from the billing issue. The stay was fine. The room was clean and we weren’t disturbed by other guests.

staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room was clean, quiet, spacious and attractive with a great view of the river.

Very convenient location, good value. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful, but other services limited due to COVID-19. Good COVID -19 safety precautions in place.

GOOD: Hotel is quite new. Furniture, bathroom, shower were all new. Water pressure is strong. Having the sticker to seal the door and a note on TV remote reassures us that room was thoroughly clean BAD: Don’t think the bed Wooden headboard was wiped clean. still show grease from previous guests head leaning on the bed for the two rooms we booked. One of the rooms was missing an office chair.

Very Clean and all the facility is open even through the covid.
