Very good for the price range, facilities were clean and the staff was most helpful

The room could be more clean. The bed was old and my body was hurting due to this. The room needs a microwave and a small refrigerator since the hotel doesn’t have ice machine.

Business trip so had all needs met

The hotel is getting the feeling that there is not enough staff to fulfill the tprequirements of the ban quests and the guests, terrible food at the restaurant, I was offered a free breakfast coupon and they never deliver it... no coming back!

The rooms are pretty big but the carpet and the aisle looks really old. The room was clean and all the staff was always polite and friendly but you get what you pay for

The staff was friendly, but the pool water seemed murky so I didn’t go in. Also the cleaning team didn’t clean as well as expected. I still found hair on the floor and towels unchanged after room service

There are NOT enough outlets. There were three total outlets available for charging electronic devices , etc. One of them was in the sink area in another room so you could not plug in your phone or tablet to charge it on the night stand overnight. One was available on the office type table but when I plugged in the wire and unplugged it the whole faceplate came out with attached wires and all. It looked like they removed existing ones along the walls and replaced them with just empty face plates. The beds were uncomfortable and when you laid down on them it felt as if they were filled with water. The hallways were old and the carpet dirty and the hallway itself was super hot as it is not air conditioned. The restaurant downstairs is overall horrible. We broke a glass tumbler and the employee just cleaned it up with his bare hands as if they did not have a dustpan and broom, and he missed some pieces which I picked up myself. When we ordered, our waitress was extremely slow, appeared to be inconvenienced at taking our order and then proceeded to mess it up even though we went over the order (no special requests mind you) twice. She forgot one entree and when it finally came it was unappealing and not appetizing to look at at all. All the food was served not hot or warm but maybe room temperature. One dish was tasty but overall the experience and the food was horrible. I regretted having booked a stay here and wanted to switch hotels but it was non-refundable

El personal es muy amable y eficaz. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas. Tienen bonitos detalles. Acogedores. Serviciales. Les falta una caminadora en el gimnasio.
