They stay was okay. But I’m having trouble with the front desk lady’s when asking them questions about my stay.

The heater wasn’t working.

When we first arrived it was quick and easy. Once in our room, the television didn't work. They immediately sent someone and when they couldn't address the problem they quickly moved me to another room. It was a great stay.

Policy says no pets, service animals welcome. I have a service animal. Booked 2 nights and was asked to leave after first night because they don't allow service animals.

The front desk clerk that normally works there was very rude but the lady that checked us in was nice

I liked that it was close to gas stations, yet it remained quiet. We liked that about it. But the room had shower problems, the lower part where the water comes out literally broke off and made it difficult to shower.

They lied about free breakfast that included to my payment .No breakfast

Nice staff. Lina and Pearl were very helpful. The room was clean and bed was great.

I need to stress that all the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly, but I was severely disappointed that the breakfast bar was closed down at this hotel. I completely understand that social distancing efforts have changed a lot of things when it comes to travel, but if you remove a key amenity like this, you need to mention that in your description. I passed up a lot of nicer and less expensive properties, because I really wanted a hotel with a breakfast bar for my family. As soon as we arrived, we could tell the breakfast room was closed and cleared out, but there was a sign reading that breakfast to-go bags would be available instead. I wasn’t thrilled about that, but I was happy that there was some sort of contingency plan in place. We came down to the front desk as soon as breakfast was scheduled to begin, but they acted embarrassed and apologetic, telling us they haven’t really been doing that. I was really upset about the way this was handled. Why would you advertise a breakfast bar if it was closed down, and why would you put up a sign announcing that breakfast was available to go, if you had no intention of following through? I felt kind of ripped off. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, so that’s why I gave them a 2 out of 5, but I specifically searched for hotels with free breakfast, and specifically chose this one because of the breakfast description in their posting, so this was a pretty big bust for me.

Excellent weekday spot foe travelers. Comfortable and clean bed. Everything appeared clean and tidy. Room with spa was a special treat.
