Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road

The service was good. The breakfast choices were awful. We don’t eat refined sugar and only had a muffin and a bagel in our packed breakfast. The toilets had black rings, the shower did not work in one of the rooms, the bed was broken, there was blood on a pillow case. Would have left, but options were scarce this time to relocate. It was close to the venue we needed to go to. Again, the front desk was very helpful and we didn’t complain because it is not their fault the hotel was dirty and run down.

I’ve stayed in several hotels during business trips. I must say this has been the best experience ever. The customer service was excellent from check in to checkout. The rooms are amazing very clean and spacious. The have a restaurant within walking distance I think it was ruby Tuesday. And a lot more in the area but not in walking distance. They do have flyers at the front counter for restaurants that will deliver to your room Please stay away from Pizza valley it’s a restaurant that delivers beware!

On January 2, 2021 . In our room there was No TV remote control , requested several times . The evening receptionist wasn’t helpful , promised to help give a TV remote control but ignored the situation a lot of times and didn’t help , care, fulfill her promise to give a TV remote control in our room.

The room was nice and clean, but the service at the front desk is not optimal. I asked many times for toothpaste and even though the person in the front desk said she was going to send it up to my room she never did. There is no breakfast service, but nobody said anything when I checked in. Overall the hotel is nice and clean but the service is very poor.

The room for 3 people, was only given 2 towels, requested another towel, and was told no. There would be no extra towels given due to no maid service.

It was my Birthday on December 26th. So I did not want to wait until the 26, so I check in on the 25th. I was told when I got there, the king rooms was sold out, I had to pay for parking and I had to pay a $100 for incidentals. I would have liked to be told about all this before I went to the location. Also when we were getting dressed to leave, the toilet over flowed and I couldn’t use the restroom and housekeeping kept knocking to come in the room and I felt that was unfair because water was everywhere.

They ran out of towels, even though we only requested a towel change on day 3 of a 4 day trip. So we had zero towel exchanges in 4 days. Even worse, we gave them the old towels on day 3 and they said they were bringing new ones later. They never brought new towels so we called the desk and they said they ran out. We had to go out and purchase towels for use. Also, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly (3 minutes to drain a full sink). Then, the toilet stopped up and clogged. Had a horrible experience. Parking is $10 per day, by the way.

Woman at the check-in was rude and unhelpful. I reported to her the back door would not unlock by room key and she blew me off saying it was just hard to open. I and two other guests could not get our room keys to unlock the door. Ice machine didn't work and all vending machines had been removed forcing guest to pay inflated prices at snack shop in lobby.
