Worst hotel experience I have ever had. First room had no ac, told front desk about and 5 hrs later they said they forgot about it. They did move us to another room which was nice but smelled of smoke from the people coming in the side door that was propped open. Loud music and dogs barking filled the night and it was the worst night of sleep I have had in years.

I can’t describe how terrible experience was during the stay at this Hotel. No room keeper, room duty and people at the parking lot all night long with loud music, smoking and much more. Definitely a nightmare.....

Our room key kept on disabling and the staff tried to ride it off as me having it too close to my phone when I kept it in my clutch. I had to go down to have it reset EVERY time we left the room in order to get back in. I tried asking for a totally new card and they kept just reprogramming the same cards. Past the horrid experience with the front desk staff the staff that provided breakfast and cleaned our rooms were amazing. Will probably not ever stay at this location again.

Horrible service. The gave another family a key to my room at 3 am and they rolled in wanting answers from me!!!!!! Even after they did this at 6am phone call from the front desk wondering why I was in MY ROOM and on top of that the front desk lady and her assistant began banging on the door 30 minutes later asking how I was in the room SHE LITERALLY CHECKED ME INTO. And this point I became stern and reminded her SHE checked me into this room!!!! Absolutely train wreck. I should have known when checking in the same front desk lady was in an argument with a guest trying to check in. I say just stay clear and go somewhere else even though the prices are good. More options are available.

Decent hotel for the price. Thermostat in the room was broken and it stayed at an even 80 degrees, staff was not helpful in fixing the issue. Not a horrible stay, but probably won’t come back.

The room that they put us in, the ac was not cooling #220. the second room # 401 that we had still had food on the floor and the tub enamel was pealing off of it and i usually take baths. The room across the hall had quite a few people in there and when they came out, you could smell nothing but weed and that wound up coming into our room. At this point, im not sure I will be back and I have been there several times.

We were there for a baseball tournament so we had several families staying at the hotel with us. There was A LOT of other guests that were smoking pot in the hotel and it was pretty noisy all the time. I would not recommend this hotel for families.
