Holiday Inn East Windsor

Good experience overall. Nice and clean facility. Good social distancing practice

The property was very nice and clean. Rooms neat and clean. I requested a fridge and microwave as suggested , but didn’t get the refrigerator. I had to go to the 4th floor from the 2nd floor to get Ice when needed. The elevator was all the way in the other hallway, so took the steps each time. It would have been nice to know that at checkin . The young lady at the front desk fit check in was not pleasant at all.

Overall it was good but there was some small issues like the towels had holes in them, the faucet leaked and if you ran the water to long it would come out on the floor, and the toilet is slow with flushing so you haveto hold it.

Not properly cleaned. There was poop on the inside of the bowl in the toilet. Pretty hard to miss if you’re cleaning. Makes me think what else isn’t clean.

Recently renovated; so its clean and updated. 1/4 mile off the NJ turnpike - parking lot is full of 18 wheelers. No smoking in the hotel; but, plenty of people standing outside entryways smoking. You can hear the TV in next room - thin walls. Inexpensive.

Property was well kept and clean. Inside was updated and well lit.

Loved the ambiance and the room. Also loved that it was only 25mins from six flags.

I booked to rooms. My son's room the water was brown, which they didn't notice till after his wife took a shower. Call the front desk and they know about it, just didn't tell anyone. So they showed in my room. We are now really late leaving do to 5 people showering with one bathroom! Then they turned the water on in the sink to see if they can at least brush their teeth and the faucet brakes. We call the front desk and they cannot fix it but did offer to switch rooms. I explained we were already 2 hours late and wouldn't be back till midnight. I called the manager later in the day as she was not on at noon when we left. She said she would talked to the GM about compensation for the issues and the 5 of us having to all use 1 bathroom when I paid for 2 room for 2 nights. The manager never even bothered to call me back! Worse customer service ever!!!

We stayed here for 4 days. The first 3 days were fine. The last night, there was a wedding party on our floor. They were loud and drunk all night. They rode skateboards in the hallway. They were smoking and vaping in the hallways. And I don’t mean cigarettes. They were spitting in the stairs and broke both elevators. There was even a fight! Notified the front desk multiple times but nothing was done. When we checked out the next day, front desk said that management would be notified and would get in contact with me. Nothing happened. The hotel is a nice place to stay, but after this experience I won’t be back.

Hotel was clean and quiet and staff were friendly. The bed was a little hard and not very comfortable, but all and all it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.
