NH Collection Quito Royal

Me gusto mucho mi estadia y recomiendo el Hotel yo le doy 5 estrellas.

Good Hotel and good location. It has the worst Fitness Center (Gym) I ever saw in this kind of hotels. Some machines are too old and brocken which can be dangerous.

Breakfast !!! Area location lots of restaurants The only thing I was liitle disappointed was early check in was possible only if you pay extra charge even if you stay long time in the hotel

Cable tv options are very limited. Most of the channels indicate "not available" almost only soap opera channels or religious channels. Would expect that a reknown chain as NH would have a better selection.

The hotel room that we had was very nice. Met our expectations and needs. We got the included breakfast which opened our eyes to different types of food. We were told not to walk outside after dark unless with a big group. Take a taxi with the orange lic plates. We used this hotel as a home base for touring Quito and the area.

The hotel is not in a great area for walkability. It’s clean, room service could use an overhaul, and the a/c didn’t work well. But the hotel was clean and the rooms are large.

Very clean and comfortable room. Hotel in good location. Reasonably priced. Staff very hands off and unfriendly particularly in restaurant where somewhat superior and unhelpful

Basic hotel with a decent breakfast. Nearby discotheque could be heard in my 9th floor room until 2 am

Excellent location for business with good access to transportation.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were fine. Some stains in the bathtub. Overall fine.
