Friendly and helpful. Good location a few mins walk from historic centre.

Hotel in great location, 10 min flat walk to the main streets & tapas area. Bed & pillows were comfortable & bathroom nice with toiletries. Breakfast was decent too. The road noise outside is however constant day & night, so depending on the room location in the hotel, you may want ear plugs. We used the underground parking: Warning...you must be a good driver & with a car no larger than 3 series bmw, definitely no larger & not 4x4. There is a v v tight car lift & once you are on a parking floor, you return back out the same way with v tight turns around concrete walls! To change floors (i.e turn your car back around) to find a space on another floor is quite scary! Once parked, it’s fine, €16/night.

Lovely clean hotel with great aircon close to the old town and river. Friendly front desk. Great value.

We actually stayed Sat, 05 Oct - Sun, 06 Oct This hotel is certainly worth checking out, large spacious bedroom, very clean and modern with a generous size bathroom. An entrance hallway with wardrobe contained therein. Being a weekend we were able to park on the forecourt in front of the hotel thus avoiding the extra cost of using their car park. Fairly closely situated to the city centre & within easy walking distance of all the major sights. The only disappointment was at breakfast and with a large coach party staying were unable to cope with the numbers. The coffee machine broke down and they had to resort to hot water flasks etc. Overall well worth considering though.

A true three star hotel as expected. The best part is the location. It is just a short 10 minute walk to the Aljaferia and the same to Neustra Señora de Pilar and the old city. They have a aprking garage on premises, at a reasonable extra charge.

Stop off on way to south of Spain. Hotel was nice and clean and in a great location. Room was large with a really big comfortable bed.

The location was good, just a short walk from all the major sights in Zaragoza. Our room was spotlessly clean, large and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a little dated but very good value for money. We didn't have breakfast included, but there are a couple of good places for breakfast very near the hotel.

Great place to stay.

Firstly, we had an SUV with a roof box, the hotel underground car park door was broken and the height of the vehicle ruled out local public car parks. The duty manager allowed us to park in the covered portico area in front of the hotel which really saved the day. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for easy access to the town centre, 5-10 mins walk. Overall a fantastic choice of hotel.
