Deposit freaks
Extra strict . I stayed 2 nights and the deposit was more than the night for the room i payed 178 plus $200 deposit and i couldn't have visitors at all and if so they would keep my deposit and if i changed my reservation to add a second person they wanted to charge another $100 the rooms arent worth that much i mean they dont even have refrigerators which is mando even a roach motel got fridges lol.

To start they told they are non smoking rooms, which they were not, the stench was incredible. We asked the lady if we could change rooms and she started being rude from out the blue saying that she couldnt do anything about it, even though we offered to pay for a different room. She staryed screaming at us and we ended up leaving to a different hotel. Before leaving she got up and yelled if we didnt close the door that if anything happened we were going to be reslonsible. At which point we just had ebough of her rudeness flipped her off and called it a night. Overall bad service we will not be staying there again

Making great improvements
We stay here every time we visit Lynwood. We love it here. It is centrally located to each place we visit and is practically within walking distance. The place isn't the cleanest but the owners are doing an awesome job fixing it up. I see the upgrades each time we visit. Keep up the good work. My only gripe is parking. Parking is always scarce. I think the owner and/or owner's family take up the five parking spaces or so in front of the office. What say you park across the street and leave the prime parking for the paying customers? The beds are also very comfortable and the price is certainly fair.

Not the best!
The clerk at the hotel check in wasnt the friendliest person. A place for breakfast and signs saying you would get a grab and go breakfast...only a pot of hot water and coffee. Nothing else!

The lady from the front desk was rude... I booked a room online on Friday 1/7/2020 and got to hotel Saturday at 330am I got to the window and I told her good morning I booked a room online and she said there was no rooms available I told her again no I actually booked one online last night which was on Friday and she gave me a face looking at me like if I was tripping I gave her my id and she checked in the computer and there you had it my room was booked by me. So she apologized and then told me I need a 200 dollar deposit I looked at her confused and told her why so much she said that was the policy and it’s dumb because I’ve booked rooms from here before and they have never asked me for no deposit specially not that high I told her that and she gave me attitude and told me that she needed cash or a credit card so I had no choice but to give me credit card and I told her where did that say at and she should me some little sign but that sign didn’t say nothing about 200 dollars it only said after 2am you couldn’t get a room anymore which is ridiculous. I gave her my card and she automatically took out the money. I have always gone here and that had never happened to me yes I know there are hotels that ask for deposits but most has been 50 dollars but never 200 for a couple hours crazy...Other than that place is clean...
