Great stay friendly staff very clean rooms

The staff was so friendly I felt so wrk one! The room was clean and comfortable! Parking easy and I was very comfy!

Husband and I did a short staycation. Very nice little getaway. All the staff were friendly. Clean rooms.

The location was good, quiet and close to the airport. There was a free breakfast, which was just prepackaged cereal, muffins, yogurt and fruit, but good nonetheless. The room was large and comfortable. Now for the bad. When we arrived back after dinner, we went to put our dessert in the fridge and saw leftover food and a Starbucks drink still in the fridge from the previous guest. How can the room be cleaned and sanitized against COVID-19 when the fridge wasn’t even cleaned out. We had already spent most of the day there so we were already exposed by the time we questioned how clean it was. I complained to the front desk and they were apologetic and said they would talk to the staff. I will be stressed over the next 14 days that we contracted COVID-19 during our stay. Overall, I would not stay at this location again. Their lack of proper cleaning and sanitizing is scary considering the pandemic.

Comfortable beds and clean room! Staff was very friendly and greeted us as we entered the lobby each morning.

I thought the hotel did a nice job of providing service in a COVID environment. There was a continental breakfast offered, and the staff was there to help you. They also offered a version of Starbucks shop with hot sandwiches and customs drinks. I did not order anything, but was glad it was there.

Room had a strange odor to it, like they were trying to cover up a smell. Shower was dirty and I discovered other peoples body hair on the shower floor. This should be concerning, but it seems extra bad because we have a pandemic going on and the hotel is clearly not taking precautions to keep their guests and staff safe. The bathroom itself was the size of a small coat closet and the light had trouble getting to full brightness. The air conditioner wall unit was so loud I didn’t sleep. Got up to increase the temp so it wouldn’t start up as often. I saw that it was set a 70 degrees, which is low for arizona. My husband said it was set to 65 degrees when we arrived, which is ludicrous (this is arizona). The units in the other rooms were so loud. I think I only got 2 hours of actual sleep. My husband suggested we get an Airbnb, which I now regret declining because we would have had a much better night of sleep if we stayed in one. The reason I decided to stay at a hotel is because we had a flight the next morning and I thought it would be more convenient. The combination of the filth, which is shockingly bad during COVID, and the noise will not have me staying at this Hyatt again.
