Nice location, good room, watch out for weirdness
The room was fine, but the check in was horrible. The receptionist took my credit card and driver's license, as is normal, but then said the systems were down. After waiting for ten minutes I told him I'm going to cancel the reservation. It will be a race, whoever wins, works. So he worked to get in me, and Hotels.com worked to cancel the reservation. After a half an hour wait, he said he was able to get me in. But Hotels.com still didn't get me to the stage of cancelling. So I stayed the night. Right after that, I started get fraud alerts on the credit card I handed to him for half an hour. At least ten transactions, totaling thousands of dollars. So it could be a coincidence of course, but it isn't normal for the clerk to keep the card in their possession for so long and not make me suspicious when the fraud alerts start right afterwards. So I am not accusing the clerk of stealing the card numbers, but it would be my strong suspicion based on the unusual length of time he held it, and the start of fraud alerts after that. I rarely get fraud alerts. Parking was nice.

Reservation said “park view” but there was not a view from my window so not sure why they said that. Clean and nice, wonderful get away for me and my bf. Thank you!

Lovely hotel with a boutique kinda vibe
Love this place. Only two stories and the buildings sprawl out so that parking is close to every room. Right off the freeway and next door to a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Shell mini market. I didn’t use the pool but I did see that it was very nice. Close to my family so I will definitely stay here again.

Our tv didnt work. The repair guy was trying to help but ended up having to replace it with a tv half the size. Constantly hearing other guests through the walls and sounding like a stampede above us throughout the night. The rooms A/C couldn't keep a consistent temp in the room.

The location was great for me. I spent a day at Castaic lake and one at Pyramid lake and both were very accessible from this location. There’s plenty of things to do around town (restaurants everywhere). The hotel was really clean and quiet. I liked that there are multiple entrances to the property, so no matter where you park, it is super close to the room. They gave me the option to have my room cleaned daily or not. I opted not to, but there were plenty of everything so I didn’t need to ask for anything during my 2 night stay. There’s also a fridge and microwave. It was super comfortable.

Check-in was smooth. I felt very comfortable with the condition of this property. Although the COVID-19 restrictions eliminated some of the amenities, the property was in great shape. Their attention to detail was great. I would definitely return to this property.

The room is clean and glad for the 2 queen beds for 4 of us. However, we noticed multiple bug bites in my 2 daughters and I. We did not go anywhere else before checking in the hotel.
