Best Western St. Augustine Beach Inn

For the price, this hotel was excellent. Right across from the beach with easy access and the room looked recently remodeled. The room was very clean and seemed well sanitized. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in with Virginia was awesome! A cheerful personality after being on the road all day was very welcomed! She had lots of information to share and was very accommodating! If I had anything negative to say, it would have to be about the parking lot, it’s a very tight squeeze if you are driving a bigger vehicle. Otherwise, a very clean room with comfortable beds! Will stay again!

Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is a quick walk to the beach. I rrecommend beach goers being a cart or wagon to carry beach stuff for the day.

Front desk staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub area was nice to hang around while the kids played at the pool. Perfect proximity to the beach. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition but it was good for the price and served our purpose.

We were pleasant surprised by the welcoming wonderful people at front desk. Virginia was exceptionally helpful and kind. Our room was clean and we liked the fact that there was no carpet to get musty at a beach hotel. Would say room was perfect except for the air conditioner made everything damp feeling - especially any clothing that was not in a closed suit case. I’m sure it just needs to be serviced... Other than that we loved location and enjoyed our stay .

This property is just a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach. Also, they have recently updated the rooms and made them very convenient. There was an actual closet (with a door) where we could hang clothes, put articles on the top shelf and stash suitcases, etc so they were out of our way. There was shelf space under the TV console, cubbie spaces in the room and in the bathroom. Great experience.

Hotel located 2min walk from the beach. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, had refrigerator and microwave. Super friendly staff. All kinds of restaurant within walking distance, Publix about 5min drive and 10min drive to downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay! We arrived early and they let us check in. The room was clean & neat. The staff member that checked us was polite & kindly explained a few changes due to COVID. Walking distance to the beach & plenty of restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

The room was so up to date and modern which was nice! Room was very clean as well! Staff was friendly and check in was quick. The king size bed we had was hard. The clerk said she could have moved us if we would have told her but I’m not one to cause commotion like that. So the stay may have been top notch if the bed was comfortable. In the room we stayed in, the shower head would hardly put out water but it was enough to bathe. I think it needed cleaning. There looked to be a lot of buildup around each hole where water comes out. Nice hotel but the beds do need updating so they aren’t so hard :)

great location very very very clean updated and comfortable rooms fantastic staff and the price is AWESOME!!!! i would stay here again and again
