Ramada by Wyndham Draper

I stay here because of the price and they don’t do a room charge, they did not tell me their would be a charge and the next morning I was charged 100 dolors. That being said I’m homeless and work in healthcare and need every cent literally I can keep. The front desk didn’t try to help me at all. Now I’m going to sleep in my car until I can afford another room and hotel all together. I always do my own trash and make my bed and don’t leave anything on the floor.

It was a great price but it is very run down. The paint was peeling on walls and there were holes in the bed cover. Also very noisy must be no insulation between the walls. We could hear lady talking on phone in next room. Garbage can in lobby was overflowing with trash stacked on the floor but the desk clerk just walked around the trash to sit at his desk. He was nice enough though.

Cons: Filthy hallway carpet, lingering odor of tobacco smoke in room, rummage sale from a vehicle in back parking lot that appeared to be a cover for drug deals, poor soundproofing, all add up to general feeling of unsafe. Bad bulb in nightstand light. Pros: bed comfortable and clean, room clean, furniture In good enough shape, quiet heater and amenities all helped compensate for the Cons and made for decent enough sleep. Likely will not return due to parking lot activity and general sense of threat to personal safety.

I never stayed there. They couldnt let me in immediately so i went elsewhere. Will you please make sure i wasnt charged

Easy access to freeway and amenities. Room was very dirty, but sheets were clean and water was hot. The hallways smelled like smoke but my room was surprisingly void of that smell. The walls are paper thin so your heard every noise and every door opening and closing. Price was right for a short sleep and hot shower, but if you’re looking for luxury, skip this place.

An ok place to stay, but I would not recommend staying there with kids. Needs a few things updated/redone. old room, can only have 2 towels (had 4 with us), a lot of weird people outside at night. A guy came up to my husband and asked if he had a crack pipe to spare and then followed us to the entrance of the back hotel, which scared my kids and I. Another guy outside with a bat and stated to watch out for vampires, he carries his bat to kill them. Cracks in bathroom walls, very low and small toilet seat (which was perfect for my 3 year old). I would not stay here again with my kids. You get what you pay for.

I selected to pay at the hotel, and the day I was set to arrive they tried charging my card and when it was unsuccessful, they threaten to cancel my reservation. I called the hotel and they held my room until check in time, but they shouldn’t have threaded to cancel when i selected to pay at t hotel. The other thing that is not disclosed is they charge an additional $100 deposit for damages, which I understand, but wish it would have been disclosed. The room was fairly decent. There was nothing wow about it. However, we had issues with the TV not turning on and poor connection/signal. The toilet did not flush correctly and the towels, while they were washed, were severely stained along with the bed skirt. The front desk did try to correct these issues, but some were unsuccessful. The hotel itself was fairly quiet, no disruptions from other guests other than hearing other doors closing.

Only redeeming quality about this Ramada is the location and price, overall would not stay here again, staff is unhelpful and does not disclose their policies. Staff does not wear masks I did not see any sanitation efforts just home made printed signs posted on closed amenities ( breakfast, gym ect) hotel does not replace towels or sheets or clean rooms and they do not disclose this upon check in and state it’s due to their “covid” policy yet it’s not posted or disclosed anywhere. No sanitation efforts, gas stations do a better job following Covid policies.

Back door is open and never locked. People come in from outside to sleep in hallways - not sure why this is allowed. Breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED due to COVID. They should communicate that upfront...
