Great but unexpected service fee not added in the hotels.com listings. Make sure you check. Other than that the private beach and the service hotel is great!!

The hotel is very dated. Very small rooms with an even smaller bathroom/shower. The beds were horrible. Worst night sleep of our vacation. The parking is taken up by the people at the restaurant/bar... The rooms were not ready by 4 as told.

A wonderful location, can't wait to return. Spacious room, quiet area and close to restaurants. Amenities were excellent and staff is very friendly and helpful.

A real Goldilocks option in Key Largo, while a bit pricy due to the season. Nice property, not too crowded, with private dock and small beachfront to the gently lapping bay. Beach chairs and a hammock as well as pucnic tables in shade or sun, are usually open. There's a pool, as well as kayaks and windsurfing, and fishing off the dock. A sushi restaurant in front and beachside seafood place next door have decent offerings and typical Keys prices. Everyone was observing Covid rules so we felt safe at all times. The rooms are small, super clean, modern and well kept, with microwave, Keurig, and fridge so you're covered if you diy a a few quick meals. The lobby/office also has a well stocked Starbucks machine. The ac/dehumidifier/heater in our room was a huge deal as temps outside went from 45F to 80F during our stay.

Bayside Inn Key Largo called me after I made my booking with hotels.com to let me know that they were booked for my dates when I was suppose to arrive that day. My credit card has already been charged and they will not pick up the phone so I can get my money back. Makes me wonder if this hotel is still in business

Friendly staff, use of bikes or kayaks was a plus. Comfortable bed. Room was not the cleanest, floor was dirty, spots on bedding. We used our own blankets from home. Not a place that's taking cleanliness seriously, wouldn't stay again.

Nice place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Guests had use of kayaks and bikes (included in daily resort fee of $20). It was also next to a pretty good restaurant. You can watch the sunsets on the water front beach.

The first room they put us in was clean but it smelled really bad. I am prone to migraines so we let them know they were very good about changing rooms for us. The second room was much better but just that half an hour in the first room gave me a migraine and I was out for the night. So I would beware.
